These certifications are designed in partnership with functional experts and facilitated by Radisson Hotel Group’s Leadership and Executive teams.
This thee-day program helps Leaders gain expertise in operational excellence and team dynamics by mastering business acumen. Delegates learn the principles of operational optimization to drive financial performance and develop leadership skills rooted in the RHG Leadership Foundations to help them become more effective General Managers and Leaders.
The Training Ambassador Certification program teaches team members how to facilitate engaging training sessions at their properties. After being immersed into the specific training content to be delivered, participants are trained on public speaking, active listening, questioning techniques, storytelling, and given various facilitation tips. The two-day program ends with a teach-back session, where each learner gets personal feedback on their facilitation so they can become successful Training Ambassadors.

Learners can go through an online journey where they can unlock seven different rooms, each representing a different training module, and get more familiar with basic revenue concepts.
The Supervisor’s Foundation for Success Training Program is dedicated to developing Supervisors along a 13-week journey. This certification teaches Supervisors the fundamentals of a leadership mindset through our Talent Foundations and gives them a better understanding of their role at Radisson Hotel Group. During the program, participants are exposed to practical activities focused on quality management, time management, team motivation, performance management, and effective communication.
The Head of Department's Foundation for Success Training Program uses the Leadership Foundations framework to provide HoDs with a clear and comprehensive picture of the essential principles of leadership and reinforce their overall role as Managers. Throughout the two-day workshop, HoDs demonstrate their understanding of strategic thinking and problem-solving, change management, prioritizing, giving and receiving feedback, and enhancing collaboration and team motivation.
The EMMA Certification recognize those team members who have completed their EMMA Assessments and successfully demonstrated the mastery in their use of the EMMA system.
The EMMA Key Users are those team members who have been assigned by the EMMA Business Solutions team as Product and Operations experts.
