A. Overview

The Offer: The Offer consists of discounts at the time of booking on certain Retail Rates on Eligible Stays at select participating Radisson hotels (“Participating Hotels”)¹. To be eligible for The Offer, Guests and Radisson Rewards Members must book the specific rate during the Booking Period and consume reservations during the Stay Period referenced below. By participating in the Offer, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

How to enjoy the Offer. Guests (“Non-Radisson Reward Members”) and Radisson Rewards Members (“Members”) must (i) book Eligible Stays during the Booking Period via Radissonhotels.com or in the mobile application and (ii) consume such reservations during the Stay Period. By participating in the Offer, Members and Guests agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Definitions.

“Eligible Stay” refers to booking during the Stay Period at any Participating Properties in Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific booked at a Qualifying Rate.

“Booking Period” refers to March 20, 2025 to April 20, 2025, both dates inclusive.

“Stay Period” refers to March 21, 2025 to June 30, 2025, both dates inclusive.

“Promotion Period” refers to Booking Period and Stay Period.

B. Terms and Conditions

Offer Discounts, Benefits. Under the Offer, Members and Guests will receive the following, subject to availability:

• Minimum one-night stay
• Parking for between 1 to 4 days
• Parking for between 5 to 8 days
• Parking for between 9 to 15 days

Additionally, each participating hotel may include supplementary services within the package. Guests and Members are advised to review the rate details at the time of booking to access the package details of the selected hotel.

The Offer may not be applicable during specific periods, commonly referred to as 'Blackout Dates.' These Blackout Dates denote periods when the Promotion is not valid or applicable.

The Offer is eligible for multiple uses throughout the Promotion Period. However, it is strictly personal and intended for individual Member/Guest bookings only. The Offer should not be utilized for bookings on behalf of third parties and is not applicable to corporate client accounts.

Members will earn Two Thousand (2000) Radisson Rewards bonus points per stay based on Eligible Stays at Participating Properties during the Booking Period. Radisson Rewards bonus points will be awarded to accounts within 60 days after the eligible stay. Radisson Rewards bonus points are in addition to the standard points per U.S. dollar issued based on the standard tier proposition.

By participating in the Radisson Rewards “2,000 bonus points in the next Eligible stay for members” (“Promotion”) for Radisson Rewards ("Member") members, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Radisson Rewards Terms and Conditions.

The Offer and Promotion cannot be combined with any other package, promotion, group or convention rate, or any discounted rate. The Qualifying Rate for each night is subject to variation, and additional charges may apply for extra persons exceeding the maximum occupancy allowed for each room type, and for extra children beyond the maximum number permitted per Eligible Stay booking. This Offer is exclusively valid for individual bookings and is not applicable to reservations made outside of the Booking Period.

Full payment for the Eligible Stay under the Offer must be made using a credit card, e-wallet, or Alipay for the entire stay at the time of booking through the radissonhotels.com website or mobile application. The name on the reservation must match the credit cardholder's name, and the individual who received the Offer must also be the one checking in for the stay.

Eligible Stays booked during the Promotion Period is subject to Prepaid and Flexible cancellation policy (payment and cancellation policies vary according to each hotel strategy). If the Member or Guest does not arrive on the reservation date, the Participating Property shall have the right to cancel such reservation without refund or credit. The cancellation policy follows the policy that the Participating Properties have in place for the prepaid rates and will differ per Participating Property.

The availability of rooms for this Offer at the Participating Property may be limited. The Offer, Participating Hotels, and/or relevant terms and conditions are subject to change or discontinuation at any time without prior notice. The Offer is governed by applicable laws, and any of its terms shall be rendered void or inapplicable wherever and to the extent prohibited by law. Additional exclusions may also apply.

Radisson Hotel Group and the Participating Properties are not responsible for any technical failures/interruptions, internet accessibility problems, incomplete or inaccurate booking information, or other errors of any kind that may affect your participation in this Offer.
