The following supersedes all prior Radisson Rewards Terms and Conditions. By participating or continuing to participate in Radisson Rewards after the effective date of July 18, 2023, you agree to the following:
Radisson Rewards™ is the loyalty program of Radisson Hotel Group for Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific (“Radisson Rewards” or the “Program”) as it may be provided from time to time to Program members (“members”, “you” or “your”) by Radisson Loyalty Management B.V, its affiliates and subsidiaries (“Radisson”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Radisson Rewards offers its members the opportunity to earn and redeem points (at Participating Properties and with Partners). These terms and conditions (the “Program Terms”) govern your membership and participation in Radisson Rewards and it is your responsibility to read and understand all of them. Radisson may at any time, to the largest extent permitted under applicable law, in its sole discretion and without notice or liability, terminate, amend, modify or supplement Radisson Rewards Program benefits, or the Program Terms and Conditions. By becoming and remaining a member of Radisson Rewards, and receiving and redeeming points, you agree that you have read, understand and accept these Program Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time. Membership and Program benefits are offered at the sole discretion of Radisson.
1. RADISSON REWARDS DEFINITIONS
- “Award Night” means a night at a Participating Property paid for by redeeming points. Award Nights are subject to these Program Terms and to the Participating Property Terms.
- “Award Stay” means any stay at a Participating Property that includes one or more Award Nights.
- “Eligible Booking” means a reservation made by a Radisson Rewards or Radisson Rewards for Bookers and Planners member on a GDS or Radisson website or channel deemed eligible for an Eligible Stay or Eligible Night at an Eligible Rate.
- “Eligible Food and Beverages” means certain food and beverages charged to your room during an Eligible Stay.
- “Eligible Night” means a night at a Participating Property that is booked at an Eligible Rate.
- “Eligible Rate” means a rate identified in Radisson’s reservation system as eligible for points. Eligible Rate does not include, without limitation, the following: employee rates; friends and family rates; airline crew rates; travel agency employee rates; certain promotional and package rates; rates paid using a free night voucher and other complimentary or barter rooms; rates booked through an online travel company (only eligible for benefits), whether such rates are direct, auction or bid rates; rates booked and billed through a master account, including group accounts and tour operator accounts; and certain other rates booked through third parties. Eligibility may be determined by Radisson from time to time in its sole discretion.
- “Eligible Stay” means one or more consecutive Eligible Night(s) at the same Participating Property. If a member has checked-in and checked-out on consecutive days, it will count as only one stay for tier progression.
- “Elite Tier” means a member tier with different and/or additional privileges, as determined by Radisson from time to time in its sole discretion. To achieve or renew Elite Tier, the following number of Eligible Nights or Eligible Stays ("Minimum Requirement") must be earned:
- Radisson Rewards - Premium: 5 Eligible Nights / 3 Eligible Stays
- Radisson Rewards - VIP: 30 Eligible Nights / 20 Eligible Stays
- “Event Purchase” means the U.S. dollar amount spent at a Participating Property for certain costs associated with meetings, events and conventions, excluding tax and gratuities charged to the event master bill.
- “Pay with points” means a redemption method whereby a member pays a portion or full amount with points.
- “GDS” means a Global Distribution System
- “Participating Property” means certain hotels and properties operating under Radisson brands, including Radisson Individuals, Radisson Collection, Radisson Blu, Radisson, Radisson RED, Park Plaza, Park Inn by Radisson, Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, and Prize by Radisson as from 15th of May 2023, and other brands or concepts that may be added by Radisson, that provide benefits to Radisson Rewards members from time to time. Participating Properties and the Program benefits provided by each Participating Property are subject to change at any time without notice. All properties in Russia do not participate in the Radisson Rewards program.
- “Partners” means third parties and their service providers that provide benefits to Radisson Rewards members from time to time. Partners and the Program benefits provided by each Partner are subject to change at any time without notice. Nothing in the Program Terms is intended to or shall create or establish any agency, partnership or joint venture relationship between us and our Partners.
- “Radisson Rewards” means the rewards program of Radisson Hotel Group for Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific as it may be provided from time to time.
- “Radisson Rewards for Bookers and Planners” means the loyalty program of Radisson Hotel Group for Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific as it may be provided from time to time to meeting and event planners, SME planner and travel agent.
- “Radisson Rewards Corporate Program” means the loyalty program of Radisson Hotel Group for Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific as it may be provided from time to time to Corporations.
- “Room Charges” means the U.S. dollar amount of the Eligible Rate paid during an Eligible Stay. Room Charges do not include tax, incidental or third-party charges incurred and charged to the room, such as charges for telephone or other communications services, laundry, pay-per-view movies, entertainment, recreational facilities, restaurants, banquets, catering, gift shops, stores, tenants, vendors or concessionaires
2. MEMBERSHIP IN RADISSON REWARDS
a. Eligibility: A membership in Radisson Rewards is open to individual persons who are of majority age in their place of residence. Radisson Rewards members must provide and maintain an accurate email address and an accurate physical address, including city, state or province, and country of residence. An individual may maintain only one Radisson Rewards membership and may not earn Points on more than one Radisson Rewards account.
b. Enrollment: You may apply for membership in Radisson Rewards at a Participating Property, online at https://www.radissonhotels.com/en-us/radisson-rewards/join, via Radisson Hotels App, or by contacting Member Services, to find the number for your area visit www.radissonhotels.com/en-us/contact-us. We may, to the largest extent permitted under applicable law, in our sole discretion and without any liability to you, accept or decline your application for membership in Radisson Rewards. If we accept your application for membership, we will establish a Radisson Rewards account in your name. Radisson Rewards accounts are strictly personal to the account holder whose name is on the account. Accounts cannot be sold, loaned or transferred. If you apply for membership at a Participating Property during an Eligible Stay and your application is accepted, you will receive your Radisson Rewards member number and credentials at the time of enrollment. If you apply for membership online, via App or by contacting member services and your application is accepted, you will receive your Radisson Rewards member number and credentials via email. Once you are enrolled in Radisson Rewards, you must activate your online account.
c. Membership Tier: Radisson Rewards members may qualify for Club, Premium or VIP tier. Benefits, awards, redemption opportunities and requirements for each tier are determined by us from time to time. Tier eligibility is dependent on the number of Eligible Nights or Eligible Stays at Participating Properties in a 12-month period as follows and is also determined at the sole discretion of Radisson Rewards:
i. Club tier: Radisson Rewards members earn Club tier upon enrollment. No stays or nights are required for this entry level
ii. Premium tier: Radisson Rewards members may earn Premium Status with at least 5 Eligible Nights or 3 Eligible Stays in a 12-month period and each subsequent 12 months.
iii. VIP tier: Radisson Rewards members may earn VIP tier with at least 30 Eligible Nights or 20 Eligible Stays in a 12-month period and each subsequent 12 months.
Only the room in which the member is registered as a guest for the duration of the Eligible Stay will count toward Elite Tier.
Radisson Rewards for Bookers and Planners: members may earn Premium tier after the first eligible professional booking is completed and the reservation has checked out. Nights booked with an Online Travel Company will count as tier nights and contribute towards your tier status
As a Radisson Rewards member, you have a qualification period of 12 months to obtain enough Eligible Nights or Eligible Stays to maintain your tier status or to upgrade to the next tier level. The qualification period starts when the first stay is completed and lasts 12 months until the end of the month. At the end of the qualification period, the Eligible Nights and Eligble stays counter will reset to 0 and a new qualification period of 12 month will start. The minimum number of Eligible Nights and Eligible Stays corresponding to your status will be required to maintain your status (Premium= 5 nights/3 stays, VIP= 30 nights/20 stays). If you did not make enough Eligible Nights and Eligible Stays to maintain your tier during the qualification period, your membership will move down one tier level and the Eligible Nights and Eligible Stays counter would be reset to 0.
As a Club or Premium member, once you achieve enough Eligible Nights and Eligible Stays to access the next tier, your membership tier will be upgraded instantly after check-out. The Eligible Nights and Eligible Stays that allowed you to move to the next level will be deducted from your Eligible Nights and Eligible Stays balance and a new qualification period of 12 months will start
d. Member Benefits: Radisson Rewards member benefits vary by participating hotel and brand, are subject to availability, and are subject to change at any time. Member benefits are available only when the member is the registered guest and on the Airline employee personal stays. Member benefits are not offered to Airline employee members on their duty/work trips. Void where prohibited by law.
i. Member Only Rate: Up to 15% discount that is applied to Radisson Rewards members only if the member is the registered guest at least in one of the rooms booked. Apply only for direct bookings made on Radisson Hotel Group brand website, mobile site, mobile app, hotel reservations and Contact Center. A maximum of 9 rooms can be booked at a time, a reservation of more than 9 rooms will be considered as a group reservation and the Member Only Rate will not apply. Rooms booked using Member Only Rates cannot be resold by the member.
ii. Discounts on Food and Beverage: Discounts on Food and beverages apply to participating restaurants. Contact the Hotel directly to determine if the hotel’s restaurants are participating. The discount does not apply to tax or tip, alcoholic beverages, room services or in-room dining, catering or banquets, or groups or parties of six or more. Member must be present, must provide their Radisson Rewards member number and must request the discount at or prior to completing their dining experience. Discounts are not applied to offers or promotions nor to meal plans included in RHG rates. For Prize by Radisson, discount will be applicable for soft drinks (hard alcohol: liquors, spirits are excluded).
iii. Priority Line: A dedicated line to access to the front desk service. Applies for all Radisson Rewards member and guests who performed the online check-in. Available only in selected properties and according to hotel occupancy
iv. Free Room Upgrade: Free room upgrades are available only when the Elite member is the registered guest. One complimentary room upgrade per Elite member and per eligible stay may be offered. Room upgrades are determined by the participating hotel depending on availability on the day of arrival. Room upgrades vary by property and by room category and may include a room in a preferred location, a room with a preferred view, or a recently renovated room. Not applicable in Residences, Apartments, and for long stay rates. Upgrades to Suites are only available in selected properties. Certain types of suites are excluded (e.g. Panorama Suite at Radisson Collection Royal is excluded).
v. Early Check-In and Late Check-Out:: Early check-in and late check-out is based on availability and are available only when the Elite member is the registered guest. Early check-in and late check-out mean two hours prior to or two hours later than the hotel’s published check-in and check-out time.
vi. Discount Booster (Up to 20% discount): Up to 20% discount may be applied to the member when the option is enabled on the account. The Discount Booster option can only be selected by each member via Radisson Rewards private area on the Brand website or Radisson Hotel App. The discount is applied only for bookings made directly on Radisson Hotel Group direct channels, including Brand website, Radisson Hotel App, Radisson Hotel Group Contact Center and directly in Radisson Hotels. The Discount Booster is not applicable to certain promotional rates. When the Discount Booster is selected at the time of booking, the Premium member will earn 9 points per dollar spent and the VIP member will earn 12 points per dollar spent. At Prize by Radisson properties, the Premium member will earn 4.5 points per dollar spent and the VIP member will earn 6 points per dollar spent.
vii. My Favorite Hotel: Radisson Rewards members may earn VIP tier with at least 30 Eligible Nights or 20 Eligible Stays in one calendar year and each subsequent calendar year
i. Priority List: Priority List guarantees that the member will be contacted first to book if a cancellation occurs. Please contact the hotel if fully booked to be listed in the Priority List. The Priority List does not ensure availability for booking and is upon availability. Priority List is only available when the hotel has been selected as the “favorite” hotel by the member in their account. The Priority List is only available for Elite members and for the Elite member’s personal guestroom only, for a Room at specified Rates, and is subject to the hotel’s guarantee and cancellation policy.
ii. Favorite room: Room assigned at check-in upon availability. Only available when the hotel has been selected as “favorite” in the member’s account.
iii. Luggage Storage: Only available when the hotel has been selected as the “favorite” hotel in the member’s account. The benefit will be available immediately following the completion of an eligible stay, and when the member has a future stay booked at the same property in the following 20 days after check-out. A maximum of two suitcases are allowed per member. Items are placed in storage under the condition that access is permitted only by the registered guest in person. It is not permitted to deposit one of the following items: guns, drugs, medication, and perishables. Also, it is recommended not to leave any valuable assets such as: money, jewellery, personal documents, or legal documents. If the future reservation is cancelled for any reason (including force majeure) the member must contact the hotel proactively to agree on a way of shipping the belongings to a convenient address. The shipping will be funded by the member. If after 30 days post cancellation the member has not contacted the hotel, or both parties have not come to an agreement, the hotel will discard the items. The hotel is responsible for the security of the items stored and the hotel assumes responsibility for losses due to fault or negligence of the hotel only up to a maximum amount of EUR 3.580 or the legal responsibility under local law. Members will have to prove the value of any missing contents and to document that their insurance does not cover that loss.
viii. Free Breakfast for Two: Is available for each night of an Eligible Stay only for the VIP member as a registered guest and 1 companion. If the VIP member has booked more than 1 room, the free breakfast for two will not apply to the rooms where the VIP is not the registered guest. In Asia Pacific, the Free Breakfast for two is only applicable for buffet breakfast.
ix Exclusive VIP Access to Hotel Areas: This benefit applies only to the VIP member as a registered guest. Available only in selected properties and according to hotel occupancy.
x. 24/7 Premium Exclusive Contact Center and 24/7 VIP exclusive Contact Center: English language support by email or phone is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Other languages will be supported only during working hours.
xi. Free Express Ironing: This benefit applies only to VIP members as a registered guest in any Radisson Collection, art’otel, and Holmes Hotel properties. VIP members are entitled to one free ironed item of clothing per stay.
xii. Vouchers: Vouchers are offered at the discretion of Radisson, for use by the guest they are issued to. The book and use by dates are specified with the respective voucher, validity of which may not be extended. The rules of consumption for the voucher are specified per voucher and may not be altered. Vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions unless specified on the voucher. Vouchers cannot be cancelled or refunded unless otherwise stated on the specific voucher conditions, where standard Radisson Rewards terms and conditions apply. Vouchers may not be sold, exchanged, bartered, brokered, transferred, purchased, auctioned, or given away.
e. Membership Obligations: As a Radisson Rewards member, you agree to comply with these Program Terms, the applicable terms and conditions of our Partners, and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. You agree that your participation in Radisson Rewards is entirely at your own risk. You agree that if you object to any of these Program Terms, or any modifications thereof, or otherwise become dissatisfied with Radisson Rewards, you have the right to terminate your membership. You agree that you are responsible for restricting access to and maintaining the confidentiality of your Radisson Rewards member number, account, and password. You also agree to promptly notify us if your Radisson Rewards member number is stolen, or if you believe your password has been stolen or compromised. You agree that you will provide accurate information to us at all times and to promptly notify us of any change in your information. Any changes to member profiles will result in an account freeze for up to 24 hours, meaning redemptions cannot be made in this period. You understand that the receipt of benefits as a Radisson Rewards member may be subject to tax liability , and agree that any tax liability, including disclosure, with respect to your membership in Radisson Rewards is solely your responsibility.
i. Expiration of Points: If there is no points activity in your Radisson Rewards account for any 24-month period, we may, at any time and in our sole discretion and without notice or liability to you, void and cancel any or all of your points.
f. Termination of Membership:
i. Termination of Your Membership in Radisson Rewards by You: You may terminate your membership in Radisson Rewards at any time by contacting us by any of the contact channels stated at the final chapter of these Terms & Conditions.
ii. Other Modifications to and Termination of Your Membership In Radisson Rewards By Us: In addition to the above, we may, to the largest extent permitted under applicable law, at any time in our sole discretion and without notice or any liability to you, (i) modify, suspend or terminate your membership in Radisson Rewards; (ii) modify, suspend or terminate your Elite Tier; (iii) modify, suspend, void or cancel all or a portion of your points; (iv) modify, suspend, void or cancel your redemption of points. We may take these actions for the convenience of Radisson Rewards, or if there are reasonable grounds for suspecting, in our sole discretion, that (i) you have violated or are using the Program in a manner inconsistent with these Program Terms or the intent of the Program or any portion of the Program; (ii) you have misused or abused Radisson Rewards; (iii) your account activity or membership status involves or results from fraud, dishonesty, theft, or other illegal or improper means; (iv) you knowingly attempt to obtain or maintain more than one Radisson Rewards account; (v) your membership or participation in Radisson Rewards violates any applicable laws, terms or regulations; (vi) our provision of benefits under Radisson Rewards violates any applicable laws, terms or regulations; or (vii) you fail to pay any amounts due to or engage in abusive, inappropriate, offensive, or hostile conduct in connection with Radisson Rewards, Participating Properties, Radisson Hotels or our Partners, or their respective officers, directors, agents, employees, representatives or guests. These rights are in addition to any other remedy which may be available to us under applicable law, and we have the right to take appropriate administrative and/or legal action, including, without limitation, criminal or civil prosecution, we deem necessary in our sole discretion.
iii. Effect of Termination: If your membership in Radisson Rewards is terminated for any reason, your Radisson Rewards account will be closed and all points in your Radisson Rewards account will be cancelled, forfeited, void and no longer available for redemption. If we modify, suspend, void, or cancel any or all your points, such points will be removed from your Radisson Rewards account and will no longer be available for redemption.
3. MEMBERSHIP IN RADISSON REWARDS FOR BOOKERS AND PLANNERS
a. Eligibility: A membership in Radisson Rewards for Bookers and Planners is open to individual persons who are of majority age in their place of residence. Radisson Rewards for Bookers and Planners members must provide and maintain an accurate email address and an accurate physical address, including city, and country of residence. An individual may maintain only one Radisson Rewards membership and may not earn Points on more than one Radisson Rewards account. Radisson Rewards for Bookers & Planners only need one membership to earn for professional reservations and personal reservations.
i. Eligibility as a Room Booker: Application for membership in Radisson Rewards for Bookers and Planners is open to individuals who meet the criteria above in section 3a and who are travel consultants in eligible countries who are members of ARC/IATA/CLIA/TIDS/TRUE; or who are in charge of planning room reservations for others such as Personal Assistants, Travel Managers, Decision Makers and Small and Medium Travel Agencies.
ii. Eligibility as a Meeting and Event Planner: Application for membership in Radisson Rewards for Bookers and Planners is open to individuals who meet the criteria above in section 3a who are event planners, special event planners and other business professionals who plan meetings and conferences for their clients or company.
Application for Radisson Rewards for Bookers and Planners is open to individual persons who have acknowledged and agreed to the Program’s terms and conditions and who are: (i) located in eligible countries, as determined in our sole discretion; (ii) who are of majority of age in their place of residence; (iii) responsible for the reservation of hotel rooms or meeting rooms on behalf of their employer’s or organization; (iv) employed by an organization that Radisson Rewards has approved in its sole discretion. If required by local law, you must notify and inform your employer, as well as receive permission from your employer regarding your participation in Radisson Rewards for Bookers and Planners. Travel Agents with an IATA based in Sweden may have their accounts restricted for redemption by local law, these travel agents must contact Member Services to un-restrict their account for 30 days before a redemption can be made. By participating in Radisson Rewards for Bookers and Planners, you affirm and certify that:
i. You have so notified and informed your employer (and any traveller for whom you reserve hotel rooms) and that they read and understand the Privacy Policy and understand and agree that as a result of your membership in Radisson Rewards for Bookers and Planners you may provide personal information about them and may receive Radisson Rewards for Bookers and Planners benefits.
ii. You will comply with any terms and conditions, including travel policies, gift policies, and incentive policies of your employer, customers and you will comply with any applicable laws.
iii. You will, when required by us, provide us with written evidence that you have made all necessary disclosures and have obtained all necessary.
iv. You will notify us immediately of any change in your employer and update your information and ensure that you notify and obtain the permission of your new employer and comply with the requirements set out about.
v. Disclosure and Consent: You are responsible for disclosing to and receiving consent from your employer, principal and/or client that you will earn points and other incentives received from Radisson Rewards for Bookers and Planners and must comply with any applicable gift and incentive policies.
b. Enrollment: You may apply for membership in Radisson Rewards for Bookers and Planners at a Participating Property, online at www.radissonhotels.com/en-us/rewards/join-b2b, or contacting Member Services (to find the number for your area visit www.radissonhotels.com/en-us/contact-us). Travel Agents with an IATA number can enrol online at www.radissonhotels.com/en-us/rewards/join-b2b or via the Contact Center. We may, to the largest extent permitted under applicable law, in our sole discretion and without any liability to you, accept or decline your application for membership in Radisson Rewards for Bookers and Planners. If we accept your application for membership, we will establish a Radisson Rewards for Bookers and Planners account in your name and send your Radisson Rewards for Bookers and Planners account number to the email address you provide during enrollment. An individual may maintain only one Radisson Rewards membership and may not earn Points on more than one Radisson Rewards account. Once you are enrolled in Radisson Rewards for Bookers and Planners, you must activate your online account.
c. Membership Tiers: Radisson Rewards members may qualify for Club, Premium or VIP tier. Benefits, awards, redemption opportunities and requirements for each tier are determined by us from time to time in our sole discretion. Radisson Rewards for Bookers and Planners members earn Premium tier after the first eligible professional booking is completed and the reservation, group reservation or event has checked out and been billed. Nights or stays booked on behalf of someone else or associated with a meeting or event do not count towards your Elite Tier.
d. Membership Benefits: Radisson Rewards for Bookers and Planners member enjoy all the benefits described in section 2.e in this Terms and Conditions with the exception of the Discount Booster. Radisson Rewards for Bookers and Planners members have access to special benefits, including
i. 24/7 Bookers and Planners exclusive Contact Center: :English language support by email or phone is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Other languages will be supported only during working hours.
ii. Up to 35% discount on personal bookings: Travel Agents with a registered IATA number can enjoy up to 35% discount on room rates at Radisson Hotels only if they are the registered guest.
e. Membership Obligations: As a Radisson Rewards for Bookers and Planners member, you agree to comply with these Program Terms, the applicable terms and conditions of our Partners, and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. You agree that your participation in Radisson Rewards for Bookers and Planners is entirely at your own risk. You agree that if you object to any of these Program Terms, or any modifications thereof, or otherwise become dissatisfied with Radisson Rewards for Bookers and Planners to terminate your membership. You agree that you are responsible for restricting access to and maintaining the confidentiality of your Radisson Rewards for Bookers and Planners account number and member profile. You also agree to promptly notify us if you believe your Radisson Rewards for Bookers and Planners account number or member profile, including your password, has been stolen or compromised. You agree that you are responsible for restricting access to and maintaining the confidentiality of your Radisson Rewards member number, account, and password, and accept any consequences of not complying with this obligation including loss or theft of points or personal data. You agree that you will provide accurate information to us at all times and to promptly notify us of any change in your information. Any changes to member profiles will result in an account freeze for up to 24 hours, meaning redemptions cannot be made in this period. You understand that the receipt of benefits as a Radisson Rewards for Bookers and Planners member may be subject to tax liability, and agree that any tax liability, including disclosure, with respect to your membership in Radisson Rewards for Bookers and Planners is solely your responsibility. Please consult a tax advisor regarding any questions about program taxes. Where required by law, you must notify your employer and/or agency, as applicable, and your customers and clients regarding your participation in the Program. By participating in the Program, you affirm that you have so notified your employer and/or agency, customers, and clients, and that they understand that as a result of your membership in Radisson Rewards for Bookers and Planners you may receive Program benefits.
f. Termination of Membership:
i. Termination of Your Membership in Radisson Rewards for Bookers and Planners by You: You may terminate your membership in Radisson Rewards for Bookers and Planners at any time by contacting us by any of the contact channels stated at the final chapter of these Terms and Conditions.
ii. Other Modifications to and Termination of Your Membership in Radisson Rewards for Bookers and Planners By Us: In addition to the above, we may, to the largest extent permitted under applicable law, at any time in our sole discretion and without notice or any liability to you, (i) modify, suspend or terminate your membership in Radisson Rewards for Bookers and Planners; (ii) modify, suspend, void or cancel all or a portion of your points; (iii) modify, suspend, void or cancel your redemption of points. We may take these actions for the convenience of Radisson Rewards for Bookers and Planners, or if there are reasonable grounds for suspecting, in our sole discretion, that (i) you have violated or are using the Program in a manner inconsistent with these Program Terms or the intent of the Program or any portion of the Program; (ii) you have misused or abused Radisson Rewards for Bookers and Planners; (iii) your account activity or membership status involves or results from fraud, dishonesty, theft, or other illegal or improper means; (iv) you knowingly attempt to obtain or maintain more than one Radisson Rewards for Bookers and Planners account; (v) your membership or participation in Radisson Rewards for Bookers and Planners violates any applicable laws, terms or regulations; (vi) our provision of benefits under Radisson Rewards for Bookers and Planners violates any applicable laws, terms or regulations; or (vii) you fail to pay any amounts due to or engage in abusive, inappropriate, offensive, or hostile conduct in connection with Radisson Rewards for Bookers and Planners, Participating Properties, Radisson or our Partners, or their respective officers, directors, agents, employees, representatives or guests. These rights are in addition to any other remedy which may be available to us under applicable law, and we have the right to take appropriate administrative and/or legal action, including, without limitation, criminal or civil prosecution, we deem necessary in our sole discretion.
iii. Effect of Termination: If your membership in Radisson Rewards for Bookers and Planners is terminated for any reason, your Radisson Rewards for Bookers and Planners account will be closed and all points in your Radisson Rewards for Bookers and Planners account will be cancelled, forfeited, void and no longer available for redemption. If we modify, suspend, void, or cancel any or all your points, such points will be removed from your Radisson Rewards for Bookers and Planners account and will no longer be available for redemption.
4. RADISSON REWARDS CORPORATE PROGRAM
Corporate Members may earn 10 points per dollar spent for completed room charges at Participating Properties when booking rooms or 5 points per dollar spent on Meetings & Events and group reservations starting at 9 rooms at Participating Properties. Application for Radisson Rewards Corporate Program is open to corporations and agencies which have appointed a Program Administrator and have acknowledged and agreed to the Program’s terms and conditions and which are: (i) invited and approved by Radisson Rewards, in its sole discretion; (ii) located in eligible countries, as determined in our sole discretion; and (iii) not a professional travel agent.
The corporation must complete the Program Administrator Registration Form and appoint a Program Administrator who shall be responsible for administering the account. By participating in Radisson Rewards, you (the Program Administrator) affirm and certify that:
a. Any traveller for whom you reserve hotel rooms has been notified and informed and that they read and understand the "https://www.radissonhotels.com/en-us/privacy" Privacy Policy and understand and agree that as a result of their company’s membership in Radisson Rewards personal information about them may be provided to Radisson Rewards.
b. You will comply with any applicable laws.
c. You are not employed by any non-U.S. government (including any non-U.S. state-owned enterprise, or any non-U.S. government ministry, agency or similar body exercising any executive, judicial, arbitral, regulatory or administrative functions of or pertaining to government).
d. Deactivation or change of Program Administrator of the Corporate Account is the responsibility of the Program Administrator.
5. MEMBERSHIP IN RADISSON REWARDS FOR CREW/AIRLINE EMPLOYEES
a. Eligibility: A membership in Radisson Rewards for Airlines employees is open to individual persons who are of majority age in their place of residence and who are employed at an Airline. The remaining terms align with Radisson Rewards eligibility requirements.
b. Enrollment: You may apply for membership in Radisson Rewards for Airline employees at a Participating Property using the dedicated enrollment process or through the dedicated enrollment process at selected airlines. The remaining terms align with Radisson Rewards enrollment requirements.
c. Membership Tiers: Radisson Rewards for Airline employee members are enrolled in VIP tier. Benefits, awards, redemption opportunities and requirements for the tier are determined by us from time to time. Tier eligibility is dependent on the number of Eligible Nights and Eligible Stays at Participating Properties in a 12-month period as follows and is also determined at the sole discretion of Radisson Rewards:
Only the room in which the member is registered as a guest for the duration of the Eligible Stay will count toward Elite Tier.
As a Radisson Rewards for Airline employee member, you have a qualification period of 12 months to obtain enough Eligible Nights and Eligible Stays to maintain your tier status or to upgrade to the next tier level. The qualification period starts when the first stay is completed and lasts 12 months until the end of the month.
Once you achieve enough Eligible Nights and Eligible Stays to access the next tier, your membership tier will be upgraded instantly after check-out. The Eligible Nights and Eligible Stays that allowed you to move to the next level will be deducted from your Eligible Nights and Eligible Stays balance and a new qualification period of 12 months will start. The minimum number of Eligible Nights and Eligible Stays corresponding to your status will be required to maintain your status (Premium= 5 nights/3 stays, VIP= 30 nights/20 stays).
If you did not make enough Eligible Nights and Eligible Stays during the qualification period, your membership will move down one tier level. In case you are a Club member, after 12 months without reaching the minimum Eligible Nights and Eligible Stays to upgrade to the next tier level, your Eligible Nights and Eligible Stays counter would be reset to 0 nights/stays and a new qualification period will start.
d. Membership Benefits: Radisson Rewards member benefits vary by participating hotel and brand, are subject to availability, and are subject to change at any time. Member benefits are available only when the member is the registered guest. Void where prohibited by law.
i. Airline Leisure Stay Only Rate: Up to 25% discount on the public flexible rate only if the member is the registered guest and can provide a form of Airline Identification upon check-in. Apply only for direct bookings made on Radisson Hotel Group brand website, mobile site, mobile app, hotel reservations and Contact Center. Rooms booked using Airline Leisure Stay Only Rates cannot be resold by the member.
ii. The remaining benefits align with Radisson Rewards member benefits.
e. Membership Obligations: The membership obligations align with Radisson Rewards requirements.
f. Termination of Membership: The termination of membership aligns with Radisson Rewards requirements.
6. POINTS
a. Earning Points in Radisson Rewards:
i. At Participating Properties: Radisson Rewards members can earn points per U.S. dollar spent on Room Charges and Eligible Food and Beverages at Participating Properties when added to the bill and paid upon check-out. The points and benefits proposition are dependent on the member’s tier level, and member choice of benefits prior to booking their stay. For preferences to apply to the stay, members must alter the settings in their member’s private area prior to completing the reservation.

Room Charges do not include tax, incidental or third-party charges incurred and charged to the room, such as charges for telephone or other communications services, laundry, pay-per-view movies, entertainment, recreational facilities, restaurants, banquets, catering, gift shops, stores, tenants, vendors, or concessionaires.
Points are considered earned once the Eligible Stay has been completed, all charges have been fully paid, and the points have been added to your account. Points are not available for redemption before an Eligible Stay has been completed, fully paid, and added to your account.
Points may be earned on up to three rooms booked under the same reservation by only one Radisson Rewards member per Eligible Stay, and only if:
1. The Radisson Rewards member’s name and membership number is included on the reservation
2. The member is the registered guest at least in one of the rooms.
3. The credit for multiple rooms is requested at or before the time of check-in.
4. The member is a registered guest for the total duration of the Eligible Stay.
5. To earn points for up to three rooms, all room and services charges must be paid by the member upon check out
ii. Through Partners: Radisson Rewards members may earn points with our Partners. These opportunities may vary based on the Radisson Rewards member’s country of residence or where the transaction is taking place, may not be available to all members, are subject to change at any time without notice, are governed by these Program Terms, and are subject to additional terms and conditions as required by an individual Partner. Partners are independent entities, and we are not responsible for the nature or quality of products or services provided by any Partners, nor for any solicitation or marketing efforts by any Partners. You are responsible for complying with Partners’ terms and conditions, and privacy and usage policies. We are not responsible for and assume no liability for the terms, changes or discontinuances of Partners’ terms, conditions, privacy and usage policies, products, or services. By providing your Radisson Rewards member number to a Participating Property, you indicate your preference to earn points.
iii. Purchasing Points: We may offer Radisson Rewards members, from time to time and in our sole discretion, the option to purchase points. We currently offer members the option to purchase points through Points.com. Additional terms and conditions apply, and may be found at https://www.radissonhotels.com/en-us/rewards/earn. Points that are purchased are subject to these Program Terms. Any other sale, purchase, barter, auction, gift, transfer, or assignment of points, except as may be specifically allowed in these Program Terms, is prohibited, and will not be honored.
iv. Member get Member: Referrer is a member of Radisson Rewards who is referring a friend into the program. Referee is a new member of Radisson Rewards who has enrolled specifically through a referral link provided by a Radisson Rewards member. Member must be logged-in and recognized as member of Radisson Rewards to be able to refer a friend. Member may refer a friend through the link available in their member’s account only. No other form of referral will be valid to receive the bonus points. If the person who was referred into the program, enrolled in Radisson Rewards through the generic enrollment form, the bonus points will not be awarded to both the referrer and the referee. Both the referrer and the referee will earn 1,000 points. For the points to be earned the referee must:
a. Have enrolled through the specific link provided by the referrer.
b. Have booked an eligible stay through one of Radisson Hotel Group direct channels (Web, App, Contact Center or Hotel) within 365 days after registering through the referral link. The bonus points will be awarded after the first stay of the referee as a Radisson Rewards member
c. Have booked an eligible stay with his/her/their Radisson Rewards number filled out during booking.
d. Have checked-out of the property.
The points will be awarded on the referrer and referee account 5 to 7 business days after check-out. Radisson Rewards member may earn up to 50,000 bonus points per calendar year through Refer a Friend. When the 50,000 bonus, points earned is reached, members can still refer friends into the program but will not earn points. If the referrer already reached 50,000 bonus points earned through Refer a Friend, the referee will still earn the 1,000 points after their first Eligible Stay.
b. Earning Points in Radisson Rewards for Bookers and Planners: Points can be earned by travel agents, travel arrangers, meeting and event planners, and other business professionals who book rooms on behalf of someone else and/or plan meetings and conferences at Participating Properties.
i. Earning Points for Room Bookings: Travel Agent and Travel Arranger members may earn 10 points per dollar spent for Eligible Bookings at participating properties when booking travel on behalf of others. If you are booking a stay at a Participating Property in the Radisson Hotel Group portfolio in Europe, Middle East, Africa or Asia-Pacific, you will need to be a member of Radisson Rewards for Bookers and Planners and enter your 16-digit member number in the Global Distribution System (GDS) or be logged in to the Radisson website to earn points for that booking. Additional instructions on how to book and earn points can be found at: https://www.radissonhotels.com/en-us/rewards/business. Points will be issued after the guest’s stay has been checked out. A maximum of 9 rooms can be booked at a time. A reservation of more than 9 rooms will be considered as a group reservation and Event Bookings earning proposition will be applied. Nights or stays booked for someone else or associated with a meeting or event do not count towards your Elite Tier.
ii. Earning Points for Event Bookings: Meeting & Event Planner and Travel Arranger members may earn 5 points per dollar spent for Event Bookings (based on the total spend on the meeting room hire, food and beverage and bedrooms charged to a master bill up to a maximum of 250,000 points per event and 250,000 per group room booking.) Points for event bookings may not be earned where prohibited by applicable law, rule or regulation. You must request to earn points for Event Bookings at the time the meeting, event or convention is booked by including your name and Radisson Rewards for Bookers and Planners member number on the contract with the Participating Property. Event Bookings must be applied to one master bill to be eligible for points. Only one Radisson Rewards for Bookers and Planners member may earn points for Event Bookings. You do not have to attend the meeting or event to be eligible to earn points for Event Bookings. You do not have to be the contract signer, final payer or contract negotiator to be eligible to earn points for Event Bookings. Some services and amenities may not be provided directly by the Participating Property, and these and other charges, including charges for cancellation, attrition, and other payments, may not be eligible as Event Bookings points earning. Please allow 6-8 weeks after the event has been paid for in full for posting of points to Member’s account.
c. Redeeming Points:
i. Generally: Radisson Rewards and Radisson Rewards for Bookers and Planners members may redeem points at Participating Properties or through our Partners. Points may be redeemed for the benefit of the Radisson Rewards or Radisson Rewards for Bookers and Planners member or for another individual as a gift. Members can book an Award Night as a gift for their friend or family member but they cannot sell it for a profit. Except for transfers of points expressly allowed in these Program Terms or with Radisson’s written consent, points may not otherwise be sold, exchanged, bartered, brokered, transferred, purchased, auctioned, or given away. Redemption options are subject to change from time to time without notice in our sole discretion.
When redeeming points, you will be required to verify your Radisson Rewards or Radisson Rewards for Bookers and Planners account information. The corresponding number of points will be subtracted from your account at the time the transaction is initiated, and there must be a sufficient number of points in your account at that time for the transaction. Points in two or more different accounts may not be combined for redemption. Redemption transactions may be approved or revoked in the sole discretion of Radisson.
ii. At Participating Properties:
1. Award Nights: Radisson Rewards or Radisson Rewards for Bookers and Planners members may redeem points for Award Nights at Participating Properties, subject to availability. Award Night reservations must be made in advance, and must be made through the Radisson Hotels website, the Radisson Hotels mobile app or by contacting the Contact Center. Award Nights may not be combined with other certificates, discounts, packages, or promotional offers and are not commissionable, including without limitation commissions to travel agents, unless specified as a separate promotion. Award Nights apply to a standard room with standard occupancy. Additional occupants are subject to the Participating Property’s standard extra person charges. In avoidance of doubt, even if a member makes a booking for 3 people on an Award Night redemption for a standard room, a member will still need to pay for the extra person. Award Nights are subject to each Participating Property’s cancellation, guarantee and deposit policies. Points equal to one night of an Award Night reservation will be deducted from your account if your reservation is not cancelled in accordance with the Participating Property’s cancellation policy. Any incidental charges in connection with an Award Night are the sole responsibility of the member. Members can book an Award Night as a gift for their friend or family member, but they cannot sell it for a profit. Members will be able to redeem points for hotel stays up to 600USD per night via website, app or Contact Center. A member can redeem points for hotel stays over 600USD at the check-out desk.
2. Pay with points: Members can redeem their points in the hotel for services consumed during the stay, from Meetings and Events or for the stay itself at checkout, paying a minimum of 10 points.
iii. Through Partners: Radisson Rewards members may redeem points with our Partners. Redemption opportunities and requirements with each Partner vary, are not available where prohibited by law, are subject to change at any time, are governed by these Program Terms, and are subject to additional terms and conditions as required by an individual Partner. Partners are independent entities and Radisson Rewards is not responsible for the nature or quality of products or services provided by any Partners, nor for any solicitation or marketing efforts by any Partners. You are responsible for directly checking and complying with a Partners’ terms, conditions, and privacy and usage policies. We are not responsible for and assume no liability for the terms, changes or discontinuances of Partners’ terms, conditions, privacy and usage policies, products or services.
iv. Donating Points: Radisson Rewards members may donate points to certain non-profit organizations, as determined by us from time to time in our sole discretion. Any other donation, transfer or gift of points is prohibited and will not be honored. Donated points are not tax deductible.
d. Transferring Points:
i. Between Members: Radisson Rewards members may transfer points within the program to a maximum of 5 members per month. Members who have points transferred to them may not receive points from more than 5 accounts in one month. The maximum number of points a member can receive into their account from points transfer per month is 100,000 points. To complete or receive points transfer, a member must be a member of Radisson Rewards for more than 30 days.
ii. Upon Death Points belonging to a Radisson Rewards or Radisson Rewards for Bookers and Planners member who is deceased may be transferred to the account of the deceased member’s beneficiary(ies) in our sole discretion. The deceased member’s membership in Radisson Rewards or Radisson Rewards for Bookers and Planners must have been in good standing at the time of death. The transfer request must include documentation showing proof of death, such as a death certificate, and proof of authority to make the request, such as court documents or the decedent’s will. Requests must be made within one (1) year of the date of death or the deceased member’s account will be closed and all points forfeited.
e. Expiration of Points: If there is no points activity in your Radisson Rewards or Radisson Rewards for Bookers and Planners account for any 24-month period, we may, at any time and in our sole discretion and without notice or liability to you, void and cancel any or all of your points.
f. Missing Points: You are responsible for verifying that points are properly credited to your Radisson Rewards or Radisson Rewards for Bookers and Planners account. Any claim for points not properly credited must be received by Radisson with supporting documentation within twelve (12) months of the date of the claimed accrual of such points.
g. Value of Points: Except where required by law, points have no cash value and do not constitute member property. Accumulation of points does not entitle members to any vested rights with respect to any awards or the Program. As a Radisson Rewards or Radisson Rewards for Bookers and Planners member, the only right you acquire in points is the opportunity to surrender them for redemption in accordance with these Program Terms.
7. GENERAL
a. Privacy Policy: Participation in Radisson Rewards is subject to the terms and conditions of the Radisson Guest Privacy Policy, found at www.radissonhotels.com/en-us/privacy (collectively our “Privacy Policies”), and our Site Usage Agreement set forth at www.radissonhotels.com/en-us/site-usage. You can find more information about the processing of your personal data by Radisson, including any rights in relation thereto, via the following link: https://www.radissonhotels.com/en-us/privacy.
b. Subject to Applicable Law: Membership and participation in Radisson Rewards and/or Radisson Rewards for Bookers and Planners, and the collection and redemption of points, is subject to and may be void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law, rule or regulation, or employer’s or customer’s policies or requirements. In addition, you may enjoy certain statutory rights pursuant to the law of your country of residence that may not be limited by these Program Terms. Nothing in these Program Terms shall limit such statutory rights.
c. Currency Conversion to U.S. Dollars: All amounts settled in a currency other than U.S. dollars will be converted to U.S. dollars at a conversion rate determined by us in our sole discretion.
d. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability:
RADISSON OFFERS RADISSON REWARDS AND RADISSON REWARDS FOR BOOKERS AND PLANNERS, THESE PROGRAM TERMS, AND ANY OTHER RELATED SERVICES AND PRODUCTS “AS-IS” AND, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, DESIGN, ACCURACY, CAPABILITY, SUFFICIENCY, SUITABILITY, CAPACITY, COMPLETENESS OR AVAILABILITY. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, RADISSON DOES NOT REPRESENT, WARRANT, OR GUARANTY THAT RADISSON REWARDS OR RADISSON REWARDS FOR BOOKERS AND PLANNERS OR ANY OTHER RELATED SERVICES AND PRODUCTS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, WITHOUT OMISSIONS OR ERROR FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED OR CHANGES IMPLEMENTED.
YOU AGREE THAT UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NEGLIGENCE, WILL RADISSON, ITS OWNERS, AFFILIATES AND SUBSIDIARIES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS HAVE ANY LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS AGAINST, ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURIES, LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES TO PERSONS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE ARISING IN WHILE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM MEMBERSHIP OR PARTICIPATION IN RADISSON REWARDS OR RADISSON REWARDS FOR BOOKERS AND PLANNERS OR USE OF AWARDS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Nothing in these Program Terms excludes or limits Radisson's liability for any matter in respect of which it would be unlawful for Radisson to exclude or restrict its liability. This may include (without limitation, depending on your country of residence) death or personal injury caused by Radisson's negligence, and fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
e. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, release and hold harmless Radisson, the Participating Properties, and our Partners, and any of their parents, subsidiaries and affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents, from any liability, costs, damages and fees (including attorney’s fees) arising out of any claims related to your membership in Radisson Rewards or Radisson Rewards for Bookers and Planners.
f. Exit of Participating Property: If a Participating Property exits the Loyalty Program for any reason, a member will not earn points or qualifying nights for stays at such Participating Property, and any Awards, other promotions and special offers will no longer be valid after the date on which the Participating Property exited the Loyalty Program, even if the reservation for a stay at the former Participating Property was made prior to that date. If a hotel ceases to be a Participating Property after an Award Night reservation is made, but before the actual stay, Radisson will use reasonable efforts to have the hotel honor the Award Night reservation but cannot and does not guarantee that any such Award Night reservations will be honored. In addition, at the discretion of Radisson, Award Nights may not be available for reservation at a hotel once it is determined that such hotel will be leaving the Radisson system or otherwise will cease to be a hotel in the Radisson system regardless of the length of time before such hotel leaves the system.
g. Interpretation of Loyalty Program Rules: All interpretations of these Loyalty Program rules regarding membership are at the Company’s sole discretion, and the Company’s decisions will be final. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and any translated version of these Program Rules, the English language version will govern.
h. Correction of Benefits: At any time and in the Company’s sole discretion (including, without limitation, where a Member was not eligible to earn a specific benefit pursuant to these Program Rules), the Company may correct (i) the amount of Points or the number of Qualifying Nights credited to a Member’s Account, and (ii) any other benefit that has been credited to a Member’s Account, including, without limitation, any Elite Membership Status or Lifetime Elite Membership Status.
i. Transfers: Except as expressly allowed in these Program Terms or with Radisson’s written consent, Radisson Rewards or Radisson Rewards for Bookers and Planners membership, points, Award Nights, Elite Tier, and other Program benefits may not be sold, exchanged, bartered, brokered, transferred, purchased, auctioned or given away, including without limitation as part of a domestic relations matter, divorce, inheritance, or otherwise by operation of law.
j. Program Modifications or Termination: To the largest extent permitted under applicable law, we reserve the right at any time, in our sole discretion, with or without notice and without any further liability or obligation, even though changes may affect the value of points already accumulated, to (i) add, modify, delete, change, suspend or terminate (“Change”) Radisson Rewards or Radisson Rewards for Bookers and Planners, in whole or in part; including without limitation any of the rules, procedures, conditions, benefits, awards, award levels, Participating Properties, Partner affiliations and opportunities, earning terms, redemption rules, or award availability (ii) Change these Program Terms, in whole or in part; (iii) Change any Radisson Rewards or Radisson Rewards for Bookers and Planners offers; (iv) Change the ability to redeem points in whole or in part; (v) Change the procedures for redeeming points, including the number of points required for redemption; (vi) Change the ability to accrue points, including but not limited to imposing time limits and changes in point values, in whole or in part; or (vii) assign in whole or in part Radisson Rewards or Radisson Rewards for Bookers and Planners to any related or unrelated entity. Upon assignment, the performance of the obligations herein will thereafter be the sole and direct responsibility of that entity. In the event of the termination of Radisson Rewards or Radisson Rewards for Bookers and Planners, all points not redeemed by the termination date of Radisson Rewards or Radisson Rewards for Bookers and Planners will be forfeited without compensation or any further obligation or liability, and no redemption of points will be honored thereafter. In accumulating points and otherwise participating in the Program, you may not rely upon the continued availability of Radisson Rewards or Radisson Rewards for Bookers and Planners, or any earning, redemption, or other offers made in connection with Radisson Rewards or Radisson Rewards for Bookers and Planners. All offers are available while supplies last, subject to any applicable cancellation policies, and are subject to change and/or revocation without notice. Program account information is our proprietary information and may be accessed by members only for the purpose of obtaining information regarding their account. We reserve the right to audit or investigate Program accounts and information at any time without notice to ensure compliance with Program Terms. During an audit or investigation, information may be shared with parties assisting in such audit or investigation
k. Governing Law and Interpretation: Your enrollment application and points earning, and redemption claims under Radisson Rewards are subject to our verification and acceptance in our sole discretion, all which acts shall be deemed made, performed, transacted, and closed in Belgium. Any claim or dispute arising or relating thereto or otherwise involving Radisson Rewards, membership or these Program Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without regard to its choice of law or conflict of laws terms. All interpretations of the Program Terms shall be at the sole discretion of Radisson. The English language version of the Program Terms governs. However, nothing in these Terms shall affect your rights to rely on mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
l. Dispute Resolution: Any action arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively before the courts of Brussels, Belgium. Without prejudice to the foregoing, if your country of residence gives you the right to do so, you may also bring legal proceedings in respect of these Program Terms in the courts of the country in which you are resident. Radisson is not obliged to participate in online dispute resolution.
m. Jury Trial: To the extent permissible under applicable law, the parties irrevocably waive any right they may have to a jury trial
n. Statute of Limitations: All rights to bring any claim or action relating to the Program, the Program Terms, any award, any redemption, or the parties' relationship must be brought within the period of limitation stipulated by applicable law which follow the first occurrence of the kind of act, event, condition, or omission upon which the claim or action is based.
o. Attorneys' fees: To the largest extent permitted under applicable law, the prevailing party in any action or proceeding arising under, out of, in connection with, or in relation to the Program, the Program terms, any award or reimbursement, or the parties’ relationship is entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.
p. Force Majeure: Our failure to administer Radisson Rewards or Radisson Rewards for Bookers and Planners in accordance with these Program Terms because of an act of God, epidemic, pandemic, war, fire, riot, terrorism, earthquake, actions of federal, state, or local governmental authorities, including but not limited to the imposition of sanctions, or for any other reason beyond our reasonable control will not be deemed a breach of these Program Terms.
q. Entire Agreement/Waiver: These Program Terms and the other terms expressly referenced herein and linked hereto constitute the entire agreement between you and us, your opportunity to earn and redeem points through Radisson Rewards or Radisson Rewards for Bookers & Planners, and your entitlement to any other benefits of Radisson Rewards, and supersede all prior agreements between us, whether oral or written, including, without limitation, all previous versions of these Program Terms. If we fail to act with respect to your breach or anyone else's breach of these Program Terms on any occasion, we do not waive our right to act with respect to future or similar breaches.
r. Severability: If any provision of these Program Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be void, invalid, contrary to law, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be changed and interpreted to best accomplish the objectives of the original provision to the fullest extent allowed by law and the remaining provisions of these Program Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
s. Electronic Communications: When you interact with us over the Internet, you consent to the formation of contractual relations through electronic communications. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right, power, and authority to agree to these Program Terms on behalf of yourself and the member or other entity on whose behalf you are acting while participating in the site if not acting only for yourself. You further agree that your use constitutes an electronic signature and that you have formed, executed, entered into, accepted the terms of, and otherwise authenticated these Program Terms and acknowledged and agreed that these Program Terms are an electronic record and as such are completely valid, have legal effect, are enforceable, and are binding on, and non-refutable by you and the member, buyer, supplier or other entity on whose behalf you are acting. You are responsible for remaining knowledgeable as to Program Terms, newsletters, account statements, the privacy policy, and your membership account status. We may attempt, but are not required, to notify you of matters of interest, including notification of point forfeiture or Program changes. We are not liable for any failure to do so and are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of your contact information, for problems related to any of the equipment or programming associated or utilized by you, for any human error, for any interruption, deletion, omission, defect or line failure of any electronic communications network or electronic transmission, for problems relating to computer, mobile or other equipment, software, inability to access any site or online service, for any other technical or non-technical error or malfunction, for lost, late, stolen, illegible, incomplete, garbled, misdirected, mutilate or postage-due mail, e-mail or other communication for whatever reason. You are responsible for creating and protecting private account access information and for maintaining the security of that information. We are not responsible for stolen or otherwise intercepted account access information. If the security of that information is breached, we are not liable for any access to that account, accumulation of points, award redemptions or other account activity that occurs as a result, and in no event are we responsible for reimbursing any points redeemed or other damages or losses claimed to occur as a result. If you become aware of any fraudulent or otherwise improper activity, you must report that activity to us immediately. You are responsible for advising us of any changes to your contact information.
t. Notices: Radisson reserves the right to post or give all notices or communications hereunder in the English language. However, these Program Terms do not affect your statutory rights to receive notices or communications by Radisson in the language determined by the law of the country of your residence.
u. Trademarks: Radisson Rewards, Radisson Rewards for Bookers and Planners, Radisson Blu, Radisson, Radisson RED, Park Plaza, Park Inn by Radisson, Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Prize by Radisson and any other current and future trademarks are service marks and trademarks of Radisson, or its affiliates or subsidiaries, and may not be reproduced or utilized in any way without the express, prior written consent of Radisson.
v. Administration: Radisson, its affiliates and subsidiaries may from time to time sell points to third parties, including Participating Properties and Partners, and redeem points for cash (including, without limitation, points received from Participating Properties), airline tickets and other merchandise from our Partners.
