Upon receipt of your application, we will conduct a credit check using an approved credit reference agency to assist in our decision (Experian Business, Dunn & Bradstreet, Creditsafe).
Our decision will be communicated to the person who has sent/completed this credit application.
We reserve the right to refuse or restrict an application without giving a reason.
Your account details will be placed on a credit monitoring database.
This application is for group credit, not for an individual hotel
Our preferred method of payment is by Bank Transfer, details of which are located on our invoices and available upon request by contacting creditapplication@radissonhotels.com

Our standard payment terms are 10 days upon receipt of the invoice.
All bookings are subject to the individual terms and conditions outlined in the hotels reservation confirmation for which you are requesting services from, the agreement always will remain between hotel and the company where services are requested.
Commission: No deductions from monies owed will be permitted by the Hotel, all commission requests are to be processed through the NTT TACS Network. Where you require support for paid commission please contact TACS@nttdata.com. Any deductions made will be deemed as short payment and the Hotel reserves the right to charge compensation in accordance with local legislation.
The details of your application will be communicated within the organization and third parties we work with to allow relevant credit accounts to be set up and maintained.
We reserve the right to forward an overdue debt and your company details for services provided to our nominated commercial debt recovery agency CCI Credit LTD to act on our behalf where a debt has been deemed uncollectable by Radisson Hotel Group and the hotels we manage.

Your application will be reviewed and our decision communicated via email within 2 working days. For those accepted for group credit, please note all payment details are provided on our invoices or alternatively available on request. Credit for our Franchised hotels is not included.
When you have listed a franchised hotel in your application, the hotel will contact you directly.
