Our stay at the Radisson Blu Plaza Delhi Airport was a wonderful way to conclude our India tour. We stayed for one night as the final leg of our journey, and the experience was truly memorable. A special mention goes to the kind lady at reception who checked us in and generously upgraded our room. Something we greatly appreciated after a long trip. We would also like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Mr. Suraj Malhotra, the Concierge Manager. My wife and I were facing some difficulty checking in for our Air India flight the following day, and Mr. Malhotra went above and beyond to assist us. His approach was incredibly warm, patient, and professional. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He resolved our issue efficiently and with genuine care, making what could have been a stressful situation completely seamless. Additionally, we wanted to explore Aerocity, and he kindly arranged a courtesy car for us, which was a thoughtful and much appreciated gesture. Mr. Malhotra is truly a credit to the Radisson brand, and his exceptional service made a lasting impression on us. We visit India from the UK two to three times a year, and we will certainly be returning to this hotel on our future trips.

Excellent Environment Best place to visit with friends & family

Several points to mention about amazing property and outstanding dining experience however few points I must mention here is that the people who makes this hotel is different from other properties, Usha and Shivangi at lobby few other names I missed, in dining restaurant at the entrance to the live counter all people were great and always smiling, few names I remember Trisan, Simran, paridarshan, FNB manger Deepak’s leadership style and positive approach can be seen always around and he is outstanding leader.keep it up.

The stay was genuinely enjoyable and absolutely worth it, offering a comfortable and pleasant experience throughout. What made it even more special was the exceptional hospitality provided by Shivangi and Rahul, who were truly amazing in every way. They were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help, ensuring that everything was perfectly taken care of. Their warm and welcoming nature added a personal touch that made the entire stay feel even more memorable and satisfying.
