The "Offer", consists of one complimentary coffee break and double Radisson Rewards points. This offer is only valid for meetings and events booked between 14 November 2022 and 31 January 2023 (“Booking period"), at participating Radisson Hotels, bookings made through the “Book It Easy” platform radissonhotels.com/book-it-easy. Eligible meetings and events must take place before 30 June 2023 (“Stay period") to qualify for this offer.
The offer is valid for up to 50 event attendees; the coffee break for any additional attendees is chargeable in line with your selected hotel’s rates and T&Cs. The coffee break menu can vary by hotel; please discuss with your selected hotel for more details. Your booked hotel will contact you to discuss the time when your complimentary coffee break will be served.
When booking a DDR package, the value of the coffee break which forms part of this promotion will be discounted at billing time, from the final invoice, in line with the promotions’ terms and conditions.

The Offer is a points-eligible offer. Radisson Rewards members will earn the standard 5 points for every USD spent on meetings, events, and group bookings, in addition to any applicable elite tier status point bonus. Members may also benefit from additional Radisson Rewards promotions running in parallel to this offer unless exemptions are explicitly stated in the promotional terms and conditions. The Offer is subject to the complete Radisson Rewards Terms and Conditions.
Members will earn 5 Radisson Rewards bonus points per USD spent on meetings, events, and group bookings at Participating Properties during the Promotion Period. The maximum number of bonus points a member can earn with the promotional offer is 250,000 bonus points.

Bonus points are awarded for eligible meetings, events or group bookings in participating hotels and will be awarded within 60 days after checkout for individual accounts. Bonus points are in addition to the standard points per U.S. dollar issued based on the standard tier proposition.

To be eligible for the bonus points you must:
(i) Be a Radisson Rewards member (“Member”);
(ii) make an Eligible Booking on Radissonhotels.com (to become an “Eligible Member”) and (iii) All Bookings must be made during the specified “Booking period” and completed within the “Stay period". Bookings and stays outside of the specified periods will not be eligible for bonus points.

To book the Offer as a Radisson Rewards member, you must be logged into your Radisson Rewards account during the booking process.

Participating hotels are subject to change at any time without notice, and the number of rooms available for this offer may be limited and may vary by hotel.
The Offer may not be used in combination with any other package, promotion, group or convention rate, or any other discounted rate. Not valid on previous reservations. The reservation requires payment at the time of reservation with a valid credit card.
The cancellation policy follows the policy that the hotels have in place and will differ by hotel.
The Offer is subject to availability and blackout dates may apply. The number of rooms available for this Offer at Participating Hotels may be limited. The Offer, the Participating Hotels and/or the applicable terms and conditions may be changed or discontinued at any time without notice. The offer depends on the individual hotel's booking terms and conditions. Offer is subject to applicable law and the Offer and any of its terms shall be void or not applicable where prohibited by applicable law. Other exclusions may apply. The offer is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

Currency rates utilized in each conversion example rely on several different public sources from other parties without independent investigation or verification and should be used only as examples. Radisson Hotel Group does not and cannot verify the accuracy of any of the rate of conversion examples, and actual rates may vary at any time and from time to time. Additional taxes and surcharges may apply to the displayed rate. Total estimated rate is only available in the hotel's local currency.
Radisson is not responsible for any technical failures/interruptions, internet accessibility problems, incomplete or inaccurate booking information, or other errors of any kind that may affect your participation in this Offer.
