On foot:

From Moskovskaya Station
By bus:
Express-bus № 39A runs from 05:30 - 0:30 every half hour, and travel time is about 15 - 20 minutes to and from the airport. Catch the bus at the stop that is opposite the exit of the arrivals hall of Pulkovo Airport.
By taxi:
Minivan taxis K39 make several stops upon request along the way to the nearest station (m. Moskovskaya). Runs from 07:00-23:30. Taxis arrive in 5-minute intervals, and travel time is about 15-20 minutes. Hail a taxi opposite the exit of the arrivals hall of Pulkovo Airport.
