2018-07-02Exquisite food in a beautiful place. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area. We enjoyed the "formule à partager". We've tried quite a few dishes from this "to share menu" and none have disappointed. Beautiful, tasty and full of delicious and unusual flavours.

In association with the Dans le Noir? group, the Radisson Blu Nantes proudly invites you to try our dinner and lunches in total darkness. This gastronomic experience will take you on a pleasant sensory journey. In this unique experience, you will be guided and served by visually impaired waiters. Our surprise menu is carefully curated by Chef Erwan Noblet, with a focus on quality regional produce and unexpected flavor and texture combinations.
Join us every Friday and Saturday at 7 pm and 9:30 pm, and on Sundays at 12:30 pm. All dietary requirements will be catered for.

Sunday Brunch
Join us for our grand brunch, taking place two Sundays a month in "L'Assise," the 19th century Assisi Court. Beyond entertaining your senses, our brunch invites a special artist, craftsman, or producer to elevate the experience with music and storytelling. Tuck in to a buffet of sweet and savory delights, including cheeses and local charcuterie, pastries, farandole de desserts, traditional "English breakfast" elements, and much more.
