Privacy notice for job applicants

Radisson Hotel Group Job Applicant Privacy Notice

Introduction

Our long-term vision is to be the company of choice for guests, owners and talent. And because people are at the heart of our business, we fully recognize the importance that privacy and data protection represent to all our job applicants.
Therefore, we are committed to respecting and protecting your privacy rights and your choices and to treating your Personal Data with the utmost care in all circumstances.
We have designed this Privacy Notice to provide transparency into our privacy practices and principles that apply to the job application and recruitment process in a format that is easily understandable and readable. This privacy notice explains how we process the personal information we collect about you when you apply for a job or an internship at the Radisson Hotel Group.

Who we are and how to contact us

Radisson Hotel Group (“Radisson”, “we”, “us” and “our”) is an international hotel group operating and developing over 1,100 hotels in 95 countries throughout Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and Oceania under nine distinctive brands.
Depending on the job you are applying for, your personal data will be processed by different entities of Radisson and/or for different purposes.
Generally, when you apply for a job at a hotel or at one of our corporate offices, the legal entity operating the hotel or managing the corporate office will act as joint data controller, together with Radisson Hospitality Belgium SRL (“RHB”), Avenue du Bourget 44, 1130 Brussels, Belgium. This is essentially because our central recruitment platform is managed by RHB and because our Talent Acquisition Team ultimately reports to RHB.

Scope of notice

This privacy notice applies when you submit an application for a corporate position at one of our offices or a position at a leased or managed hotel operated by a Radisson entity around the world. Franchised hotels are operated by entities that are separate from Radisson and will process your personal data according to their internal privacy policies and procedures. Please contact the franchised hotels to learn more about their privacy policies.
Once you have accepted a job offer, you become a member of the Radisson team and therefore, a separate privacy notice will apply to your personal data. In case you have been hired as employee of the Radisson Hotel Group, please read our employee privacy notice.
