When I think of "great service" in Europe, the Netherlands (and particularly Amsterdam) don't jump to mind. But the staff here is remarkable(swop)
If you want to try the restaurant, reserve. The bartender Paul was an interesting guy.(dkberman)

"Lovely hotel, great location"

Really nice hotel, friendly staff, clean and well presented throughout The only observation was that there was no door on the bathroom - while this was modern, it left little privacy when travelling with a new partner, a sliding door/screen may have been a little more comfortable Location is excellent, 2 minutes walk from the station, and 10 minutes walk to most of the major attractions in Amsterdam. Thoroughly enjoyed our trip and would return

"Central and quirky hotel"

Can’t beat the location for a start. I loved the breakfasts, the room size, great shower, and super comfy beds and pillows. It’s a fun and quirky hotel, with young vibrant staff. If i were to nitpick it would be that at check-in they give you an option for your room to be cleaned. I opted for NO CLEANING, yet when i returned they had cleaned my room. I left all my stuff out and would’ve preferred them to agree to their agreement of no cleaning. Otherwise all great!
"Fabulous stay, friendliest hotel staff, excellent location"

We've just returned from a long weekend break at this hotel and whilst I rarely leave reviews, we felt it important to praise this little gem. What a find! Fabulous location, opposite the station and close to EVERYTHING. The front desk staff and especially concierge were the friendliest and most helpful I've ever come across and we've travelled a lot. Nothing was too much trouble, concierge personally escorted us to the spa area because it's a little tricky to find. We would have been fine but such a nice touch. Recommendations for restaurants or places to visit were fab and again all done with such enthusiasm that felt genuine and friendly rather than forced or just to tick a customer service box. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

"Outstanding hotel in the center of Amsterdam"

The location is excellent — right in front of the central station. The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful — brand new, clean, spacious, with a comfortable bed and an excellent view. We really enjoyed our stay. The interior design, based on the specific art concept “Course of Life”, was also very interesting.

Don’t hesitate to book this hotel. Great staff who go over and above to make your stay a great one! Clean, well taken care of. We enjoyed our prepaid breakfasts.
