Upon entering I am immediately impressed with the atmosphere. The hotel is clean everywhere and very cool vibes. All the staff here we interacted with are awesome, very friendly and helpful. Room is very nice and spacious with some niche touches. The breakfast is incredible and the facilities here are top tier the rooftop pool was an experience. Will definitely be returning here

Me and my boyfriend have chosen art’otel to celebrate our first anniversary and we couldn’t be more happy with our choice! Located in heart of Battersea, overlooking iconic Battersea Power Station with lots of restaurants, uber boat and a park nearby. They do have 2 restaurants on site -Tozi (Italian) and Joia (Portuguese) so you don’t even need to go out to eat well! First impression- lots of beautiful art work as you come in, and the scent that makes your heart warm. At the desk we’ve been welcomed with a smile and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Big shout out to Bogdan and his reception team! We’ve booked this place tempted by the location and facilities. Definitely the infinity pool was something we were very excited to try! Water was warm even in mid of December however jacuzzi was our favourite facility for this time of the year. We’ve enjoyed it in the evening, when Battersea Power Station chimneys were on! Spectacular! They also have well equipped gym, sauna and steam room so everyone will find something suitable. Bedroom was spacious, colourful, bed was comfortable, bedding soft and crispy. We had trouble waking up (that’s how good it was), but we had to get up for breakfast in Tozi. Omg this was a feast! Everything fresh and full of flavour. Proper food, not some sort of cheap buffets. If you are looking for a comfortable stay with an outstanding service- look no further! We will definitely stay again! Thank you for making our anniversary so memorable! 💛

"Nathan and Zach 5* Customer service!!"

A wonderful experience at The Art Hotel! The customer service was outstanding, especially from Nathan at the front Desk and Zach from the concierge! Lovely Nathan, was extremely informative with lots of interesting information about the Art hotels signature artist, the design of the hotel and even information about the hotels beautiful fragrance, which I pray they will eventually sell it's divine! He really stood out. We were also looked after by Zach, who was equally impressive and I couldn't believe he's only been working for the hotel for a few months! Very muture for such young man, he genuinely seems to love his job, and it shows in the way he interacts with his guests. Overall, both Nathan and Zach made our experience truly enjoyable. Highly recommend The Art Hotel for its exceptional staff and service!

We had such a lovely 3 night stay. The room was a great size and so comfortable. The bed was huge and had a really comfortable mattress topper. The staff were all really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Will be back.

Stayed here for 1 night so I could explore the area. What struck me was how nice, friendly and helpful the staff were. Nothing was too much trouble for them at all. Hotel very clean and modern, bed very comfortable. Large TV in room along with safe, tea, coffee biscuits and water. Nice size bathroom with a good powerful shower. Would recommend this place if you need to stay nearby. Lots to around the hotel, Battersea Power Station, lots of restaurants and the tube within walking distance.
