"A really lovely stay"

We had a really lovely stay the night before the rugby final. Every member of staff we met was incredibly welcoming and friendly, and couldn’t do enough to help us. We had a family room which was clean and comfortable. We honestly couldn’t fault a thing. Thank you for a great stay.

"Great hotel"

This hotel is obviously aimed at Rugby fans with its sporty, slightly masculine decor but the facilities and comfort level are excellent. The service we experienced was very high, Angelika on the front desk was particularly welcoming.

"Excellent hotel with truly special staff, great facilities but beware of the sauna!"

We had an incredible experience at the Twickenham Stadium Hotel. My son was super excited to say here as he loves rugby. It is such a special hotel with excellent and caring staff. Pooja, who worked in reception, was so professional and accommodating with a sunny disposition. I made a mistake on my reservation, which she resolved without any drama. Both rooms were decorated to a very high standard, with a great view of London. We took a tour of the stadium, which was informative and enjoyable. We also used the gym, pool and sauna. The gym was the best one we have experienced at a hotel, with beautiful changing rooms and excellent equipment. I had a bizarre experience in the sauna. As I walked in, I felt a surge of pain in my foot due to the intense heat. I walked on my towel to leave the sauna. I put my foot under the cold tap. I spoke to 3 staff members separately in the gym to ask if there was a fault in the sauna, but apparently, everyone (except me) is aware of how blisteringly hot it is and brings flip-flops to save their feet. I wasn't aware of this and had a sore foot for the evening. I still can't get my head around it. If you want something truly special with lovely staff, this is definitely the hotel to book! Next time, I'll bring flip-flops for the sauna! Read more
