Our hotel room is consistently spotless and comfortable. We especially appreciate Ms. Karen at the Front Office, she's always polite, proactive in offering excellent options, and consistently finds us the best deals every time we visit."

So far, almost excellent had it not been for the leaking aircon and sprinkler. It was attended promptly even in the middle of the night however the problem persisted the following morning.

"Best Hotel within SM"

comfortable room, good customer service and accessible to SM, which makes our stay super convenient. lots of Grab taxi when you want to go around the city, and the morning breakfast buffet is very pleasant. they also have a nice view at night and have a swimming pool for the guests
