Thecab service was excellent. Kesee took us all over the city to the markets, shops, great italian restaurant. 5 stars(Dankerracount)
Pack your bags and get to Park Inn- you will enjoy the gym and swimming pool at length(AlexOmari1)
They have Friendly staff greeting you with a hotel board for taxi.It’s not FREE, you will be charged at the check in.Airport taxi is cheaper(Anand V)

"Superb experience at Park Inn Kigali"

From reception to my room on the first day, my stay at this hotel was superb. The staff were friendly and helpful always and I loved the breakfast experience even though I am not a breakfast person. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kigali who wants to get an experience of the city with an affordable accommodation budget.

"Great Stay"

I'm writing to share our excellent experience at Park Inn by Radisson, Kigali. We were particularly impressed with the cleanliness of the facilities and the friendliness of the staff, who were always available and quick to address our needs. We had an issue with the room safe, which they resolved promptly. The breakfast was also outstanding, especially enjoyed the Greek Yoghurt. Our room was spacious, and we appreciated the well-sized bathroom. We appreciated the ability to control the air conditioning from inside the room. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be the addition of a bidet/Arabic tap in the toilets. I highly recommend Park Inn by Radisson in Kigali.
