Stayed here with family for a short break . The staff could not be more helpful especially Laura who was very helpful and nothing was a bother . Would definitely stay again if I return. Hotel was clean and situated within walking distance of the city centre.

Our stay at Park Inn was fabulous. We reached in the early morning around 1.00am and the staff was so welcoming and checked in smoothly. The room is spacious and very clean. Bathroom is also very clean.

"Nice hotel"

I spent three nights at this hotel and can't say anything bad about it. The only thing to mention is that you have to request room cleaning, but the receptionist who checked me in (Michael) informed me about it, so it wasn’t an issue. Especially since my room was perfectly clean. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. The bed was comfortable, the location was great, and the price was reasonable. Highly recommend it.

"Nice hotel in heart of Krakow"

Nice hotel with great service.Enjoyed our dinner, breakfast.Came with car, parking easy and safe under hotel private parking.Easy check in and check out. Breakfast selection great. Recommending for trips to Krakpw, short or long.Hotel is reachable by public transport also.
