I love thus hotel and staff especially Heather on front desk she is a asset to this hotel. I am from London and vist a few times a year, Heather is the reason I always return to this hotel. Couldn't recommend any more. Breakfast is also amazing with lovely staff at hand.

well, what can I say? The staff in the parking are amazing they will go above and beyond to help you. Nothing is too small each and everyone of them are kind and caring. The room I stayed in was on the fifth floor family room lovely and clean and spacious and the views were amazing thank you so much for accommodating our stay

Another good weekend away, staff friendly and efficient, check in quick, room big and spacious with fantastic sea views, the room has a safe, hairdryer, teas and coffee, lots of hanging and storage space. A very comfortable bed and a tv, plus a shower. The hotel has bar and restaurant and is minutes away from the sea front as well as all the shops. There is a casino next door.

The staff at this hotel really are exceptional. All professional polite and helpful. The hotel location is great and my partner and I thought the value for money was brilliant.

Great stay. Central location and room had a great view. Tea and coffee making facilities. Comfy beds and pillows. Staff are attentive. Morgen in dining room is an absolute delight. So cheerful and helpful. An absolute asset to the hotel. Will stay again.
