Building work across the road. Builder start early so could be a problem. But the hotel in isolation is a gem.(Darren B)

Enjoy staying in the hotel. Everything are perfect. Only just need extra pillows because the pillows are soft.

"Over the top service!"

While there, my husband had a stroke, so we needed to check in early ( did not know he was having a stroke yet, just sick), we had to call an ambulance and later needed help and access to your wheelchair. I can't say enough positive things about how prompt, friendly, and helpful EVERY staff member was. Our experience was so positive that when my husband was discharged from the hospital but could not fly yet, we also booked the balance of our stay here. We booked your wheelchair accessible room and were thankful for that. Your claim to be a friendly hotel is very accurate!! Thank you for taking such good care of us. Also, your breakfast experience was fantastic as well. I appreciate the variety of gluten-free and dairy-free options. Our room service was excellent as well.

Most hotels today offer similar comfort and convenience, so what truly sets one apart is the staff. During my stay, Ms. Felita made a lasting impression with her professionalism and kindness. She assisted during both check-in and check-out, making the process smooth and welcoming.
