"Wonderful stay in this beautiful resort"

Amazing service from very friendly and approachable staff. Great breakfast buffet selection, with plenty of options for all tastes in The Lader. We had one evening meal in Filini which was gorgeous. The food at the poolside bar/restaurant called Il Tagilo was a real standout, cocktails were also a hit. Great entertainment on an evening we watched the Acrobatic show which was amazing, The Magician which was hilarious and thoroughly entertaining and also enjoyed partaking in the Music Quiz. Great children’s pool with plenty of sun loungers around, we struggled a lot to get our 5yr old son out of the pool he loved it that much. Lovely clean and spacious rooms. Our son was ill during the stay and the domestic staff member who attended our room was so lovely and helpful, showed real concern for our son and would not let me help her clean up telling me to sit and rest just showed how caring the staff at this hotel resort are. As well as the server who brought up our room service that day so attentive and friendly towards our little boy. Unfortunately did not find the time to visit the Spa during our stay but hopefully we will come and stay again. Short walk away from other lovely bars, restaurants and shops.

What a fantastic hotel ! We stayed as a family of 2 adults and 3 children . The interconnecting rooms worked perfectly . Overlooking the pool . The beds are very soft which won’t be good if like me you prefer a firmer mattress. It was my wife’s birthday and the staff walked a birthday cake in and sang happy birthday . My eldest also became a little ill with an ear infection and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful . It’s these little things that matter and we really appreciated the personal touch and thought . Thankyou to you for giving us a great holiday . Andy and Caroline Middleton.

"Lovely hotel"

We stayed in June and really enjoyed our stay, so much so we have rebooked for next year. The hotel and gardens are kept very clean and tidy. We had half board and was not disappointed with any of the food, there was a wide selection of food for breakfast with something for everyone and the evening themed buffets was one of the best I’ve experienced, all the food I had was very tasty and cooked well. We did have a small issue with the room which within half an hour of reporting it to reception, maintenance had been and rectified the issue, so top marks for that. We found nearly all the staff to be friendly and attentive, with a special mention to Paolo on reception who assisted us in a very friendly and professional manner, on a couple of occasions. Evening entertainment was good and although we didn’t partake there seemed to Be plenty of daily activities during the day. Myself and my wife both made use of the running track and the gym. Sadly the gym is the only area where I could really find any fault. A lot of the equipment is now showing its age with flaking paint and rust, I don’t really think rust on gym equipment at a 5 star hotel is a good look. Some of this is likely caused by the apparent lack of proper air conditioning in the gym making it quite a warm humid room which will encourage rust to form. Aside from that we had a great holiday and are looking forward to returning next year.

We went to The Radisson Blu the last week of May. The hotel is superb ,clean and modern. This is ideal for families. We were band b but the half board option is available. Bedrooms were large and ours overlooked one of the two pools . Breakfasts were amazing there was nothing you could not get . There’s a large kids pool with a massive inflatable Which was very popular . A pool bar served snacks and drinks throughout the day .

A really fantastic hotel in a breathtaking location. The photos' don't really do it justice, but the surrounding volcanic cliffs really do create a fantastic surrounding. The hotel itself is really comfortable and well serviced. I especially liked the way the two pools were so distinct - one loud for the kids and one quiet for the adults - in the quiet one, you wouldn't know the kids pool was only a few metres away! The beds were really comfortable and the rooms were huge with big terraces. The staff were always incredibly helpful, especially Rebeca who helped us out with an issue and then gave us some brilliant recommendations for food and day trips! Our daughter loved the kids club and all the activities there. We'll be back!
