Outstanding Service from start to finish We booked last minute for 4 nights direct through the Radisson app Welcomed with a glass of fizz on arrival which was very welcome and then upgraded room which had a lovely view and hot tub Had dinner in 222 which was superb All food venues in hotel were very good Best buffet breakfast ever had Staff could not do enough to help Thank you Radisson Feel very relaxed

Lovely, modern hotel overlooking the sea. Beautiful gardens and grounds. We stayed in a one bedroom suite overlooking the pools and gardens on the 3rd floor. Small kitchenette with dining table and chairs, fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob. Walk in shower room with double sinks and a washing machine discretely tucked in a cupboard. Ironing board and iron in the room. The hotel was spotlessly clean as were the pool areas and grounds. Our room was cleaned daily, fresh towels and bottled water provided daily. Towels available for use in the pool. We had booked breakfast which was a range of hot and cold buffet, eggs, omelettes and pancakes to order. The staff could not do enough, the reception team provided recommendations for local restaurants, places to visit and arranged hire car and transport back to the airport. Have never been to Gran Canaria but will definitely be back, this was a lovely, restful holiday made better by the beautiful surroundings and exemplary staff. Thank you we will be back!

Excellent hotel in exceptional location. But the jewel in the crown is the wonderful staff. Very relaxed and tranquil vibe. If you want noise and busyness go elsewhere. Very clean, food v good without being exceptional. No difficulty getting sun beds, all rooms have sea view.

Our stay was excellent. Hotel staff were fantastic helping with tour info and recommendations. Facilities are good, the spa atmosphere is adequate, though it is small they do have the amenities we like such as steam and hot room & offer all the treatments expected. Didn't use the gym, though there is one. The room was spacious and clean, had a washing machine (really helpful) and kitchen.

We've just returned from a perfect week here. The room was beautiful, spotlessly clean with an enormous comfortable bed and stunning views across the gardens to the sea. We spent lots of time in the pool area which was very tranquil and spacious. Our favourite hang out was in the gardens under the palm trees with parakeets above and the sounds of the ocean waves breaking in front. It's the staff that make this place really special though. Everyone greeted us with genuine warmth and the service was impeccable. Special thanks to Mario for his help on the first day, and to the smiling ladies in the shop. Looking forward to a return visit already!
