I do not know what the housekeeper’s name was that clean my room 515 for those 10 days at the end of April beginning of May. She gave superb(crystalbY7554SP)
The location was perfect near the tran it is and ideal place to learn about Stockholm Sweden (LaShondra L)

The property is beautiful, modern and comfortable, with spacious rooms and nice amenities. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Customer service was superb (shout out to Gigi at front desk). Location is steps away from central station and express train to Arlanda airport. We’d gladly stay there again.

This hotel is in excellent condition, bright modern and very spacious. it has easy access from/to Stockholm Central Station. The reception team are first class as are all other team members generally. The lake view rooms are worth the extra cost as they are spacious and offer excellent views. The on site restaurant offers good quality food at reasonable prices. The breakfast is first class, with a choice for all.
"Lovely hotel in a perfect location if traveling by train"

When traveling by train the location is perfect, right outside the train station doors. It’s also an easy walk to Gamla Stan and the waterfront. It’s a big, modern, corporate hotel but very nice. Judging from the numbers of people in the public areas it seemed like it was pretty full but once in our room it was absolutely silent. Very good soundproofing! Our room faced a huge office building which was very close so we could easily see people at their desks and vice versa. The other side of the hall looked like it had great harbor views so ask for that. However we were able to check in hours early so we were grateful for that and didn’t ask to be moved. The room is nice and big and the bed and pillows are very comfortable. Great breakfast buffet with a large variety.

We had booked a superior room with lake view. The lake was barely visible from our room. Otherwise the room and bathroom were great. Comfortable bed. Quiet location.
