It was in the perfect location and the service was brilliant . Misho at the reception was very welcoming and professional , he showed us real hospitality and professionalism

We had a city break visiting the Budapest for the first time. Priority was to have maximum comfort in all aspects as we were travelling with a 11-month-old baby. In Radisson Basilica we got it all. First of all, the location of the Hotel allowed us to avoid usage of public transport. A lot of sightseeings are just 15-20 min walk from Radisson. Second, the restaurant of the Hotel has truly comfortable baby chairs which were provided very quickly once we entered the restaurant for breakfast. Third, even though a cot was already expecting us in the room (mentioned in reservation), the bed was sooo big that our child could safely sleep with us all night. Regarding breakfast, I am used to fill up my plates planning to have a long day with a lot of energy required. And even though the variety of food might not see as diverse as in other bigger hotels, it is perfectly balanced. All meals and ingredients were fresh and delicious. We felt really comfortable as the restaurant was never even half full. So, anything we asked for (like a coffee) was super quick. Everyone was very professional. However, I would like to compliment Laszlo as I remember him from our first morning in the Hotel. During check-in the receptionist seemed to me a bit rushing. Later on, my husband told me that he mentioned that we are in a hurry as we had to move our car. So, thank you, Bence, for anticipating that. We have also visited Issei – the restaurant on the terrace. Good design on the rooftop with a view on Basilica. Unfortunately, cannot compliment their food, as managed to taste less than a half of our order (had to return to the room with a baby). The first appetizers and drinks did not take very long, even though we were advised it might take a while (there was a big reservation that evening). The Hotel was opened less than a year ago and you can see it in everything. All new, clean, modern. In a beautiful historical building. Strongly recommend!

I made a quick stop in Budapest and stayed at the Radisson Basilica. The location is very convenient, very central and perfect for exploring the city. The staff are friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend having a drink on their beautiful terrace, with an amazing view of the Basilica.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. We cannot find any negative aspects of our stay. The hotel has a contemporary yet traditional feel. The rooms are beautiful, the breakfast was fantastic, the location is perfect, the sky bar is a lovely addition to the hotel and most Importantly the staff are very attentive, friendly and superb! Wonderful place. The interior is beautiful, and the staff are kind and helpful. The room is very elegant and comfortable. The whole place is very clean. The selection at breakfast was unique and absolutely delicious. I didn’t encounter any problems at all.
