We had to book a room at the hotel very last minute on Saturday night as our Eurostar train was cancelled. When we arrived the staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. In particular Lennie who went over and above to get us a phone charger, tooth brushes, etc. It was really appreciated in a very stressful situation. The hotel itself is lovely. It has a great bar as you walk in and very well stocked. The rooms were superb and had everything you needed including a very well stocked paid for minibar. The location is also very good, just 5 to 10 minute walk to Central station and The Grand Place. Albeit a flying visit, I would both recommend and stay again next time I visit Brussels.

It was a wonderful stay at Radisson Collection, Grand Place. Perfect location, close to Grand Place, still distant. Warm and pleasant staff, clean rooms, and good service overall. If need be I will stay here again and recommend others to experience.

Very nice higher end hotel (but reasonably priced) just a 10 minute walk from the magnificent Grand Place, and an 8 minute walk from the touristy (but kind of fun) market area prior to getting to the Grand Place. You can reach both areas by taking the "passageway" lined with many chocolate shops, and other stores. All at the hotel were very pleasant.
