Can ask to flag down a taxi. Not hard to get. There are some days (not sure if everyday) with free light sandwiches and coffee just off the lifts in the ground floor.(lycheedreams)
Just avoid this hotel if you want a good sleep.(Michael C)

Hotel is good. Centrally located. Rooms are neat and clean and have all the essentials. Staff is really nice and helping. Maria at the front desk was really helpful. I was there with my extended family of 12 and they upgraded our rooms free of charge out of courtesy. Only complaint at the hotel was that despite having breakfast included, they charge separately if you order an omlette.

"MEMORABLE DAYS AT THE RED !"

A remarkable stay!! It was a very smooth check-in, and the staff was very friendly. The hotel's location is perfect, not too far from the airport and very close to all shopping options and dining areas. The highlight of my stay was that every day, felt special, there was a little gift in my room with a personal note from the Manager Lucia. Breakfast is a highlight that I never wanted to miss out on, a huge buffet with lots of varieties. Thank you RADISSON RED !!

"Enjoyable stay and perfect location "

Perfect location for walking to all three museums (including Museo Nacional del Prado on the art walk), plus it is in a very beautiful area that feels safe - steps away from El Retiro Park and Paseo del Prado. Radisson Red also has very well informed and efficient personnel who went above and beyond their duty to help with a range of queries, from bookings for a flamenco show to succesfully booking restaurants that were tough to deal with. Special thanks to Kiko, Marina and Oksana for their help! It was highly appreciated and our sincere thanks to them again. Meanwhile, Atocha station is nearby and there are a few shops selling groceries across the street. A note that the hotel dealt well with the unprecedented power outage across 3 countries, including Spain. A very pleasant stay.

Location is perfect and decoration is very good! Reception team is fantastic and they facilitate you everything The soul and ambient of the hotel are wonderful! Bedrooms are confortable and they have family room if you need it! We will repeat experience! I am sure you will enjoy!!

Such a nice, clean and well held hotel. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The gym was also nice and clean and had new equipment. The location is a 10-15 min walk from downtown and very close to the wonderful Retiro Park ❤️. Very happy with our stay!
