"A Merry Christmas at The Art'otel Zagreb"

We were so happy with this hotel....from beginning to the end (we were here 6 nights) upon arrival, Luka Z. made us feel so welcome....he was a constant source of information and generally the kind of person every hotel should have at their reception desk!!! A shout out to Jura too! But kudos to the management because everyone working here couldn't have been nicer or more professional....even though they were working over Christmas. Now to the hotel...lobby was lovely, rooms comfortable and well outfitted....(it was a small learning curve with the in room coffee maker) rooms were quiet, we had breakfast only once during our stay, it was lovely...but we wanted to experience other breakfast spots in Zagreb. The location was perfect for exploring all of Zagreb...easy walk to train station and Christmas markets. Unfortunately the roof top was not open for us, but since we were there in December it probably wasn't a necessity. We also didn't use the spa since we were so busy sightseeing....this hotel was the best choice for our visit to Zagreb and I fully recommend it!

We recently stayed at art’otel Zagreb for an extended weekend and were very pleased with the overall experience. The hotel is housed in a beautifully renovated historic building, combining modern design with its architectural heritage. Its central location is ideal, with all of Zagreb’s major sights just a short walk away. Our room on the third floor was modern and thoughtfully designed. It featured a high-quality Illy coffee maker, which added a nice touch—although we must admit we struggled a bit to figure it out at first (entirely a user issue..). After a few attempts, we managed to brew a cup. The room also had air conditioning, but we appreciated that the windows could be opened as well. The windows were soundproof, so despite being in a central location, the room was pleasantly quiet. The lack of a minibar wasn’t an issue for us, as the service areas on each floor offered packaged food and drinks for purchase. The toiletries and bathrobe provided were of high quality, adding to the comfort of our stay. Breakfast was well-executed, with a diverse buffet complemented by a menu of freshly prepared egg dishes, juices, and smoothies. One of the highlights was the basement restaurant and bar, YEZI, which we highly recommend. Its Asian-inspired dishes, amazing pastry and creative cocktails offered a great dining experience. While we found the service professional and efficient, it was a bit on the reserved side, which might feel less personal to some guests. Though we didn’t use the spa or gym facilities, it’s worth mentioning that they are available for guests. Overall, art’otel Zagreb is a stylish, modern, and well-located hotel that offers comfort and convenience for travelers looking to explore the city.

Absolutely amazing Stay. Arrival When I emailed ahead to advise my arrival time as flight was an evening one, they offered to book a taxi and advised the rate (payable card or cash to driver) When I was delayed I emailed them and they updated the driver straight away, 22mins drive (lovely driver called Boris) At hotel we was greeted outside and helped with the luggage. We received an amazing warm welcome from Luka , Martin and I can’t remember the last man all very friendly and offered us a glass of Prosecco / water while we checked in, luka explained the hotel, procedure, facilities offered to make dinner reservations- nothing was to much trouble and me and my party felt like VIPS (thank you reception team) ROOM Courtyard view , twin room. Wow - the whole layout to entering the room to the facilities are amazing very modern. We had robes and slippers in the room along with very luxury toiletries, and tea and coffee (excellent coffee maker and separate kettle) bed was extremely comfortable, heating , lights, curtains can all be actioned by a click of button. EXTRAS On each level there is a butler service to which you enter by your room key, use the iPad screen and order what you wish and take with you, had wine, beer, Prosecco, chocolates, crisps etc charges go on the room We didn’t have breakfast or use the pan Asian restaurant so cannot comment but we did look inside and looked amazing. The Christmas cocktail list looked great and very reasonably priced. Sadly the rooftop restaurant was closed in December so cannot review. SPA wow again it’s small but it’s a perfect space. Towels, water all available word lovely sized steamer, sauna and showers. The lockers have also a robe, slippers and towel. The gym is located opposite again since compact size. There are two treatment rooms. I reserved a mother of pearl scrub and was greeted by the lovely Monika who was very welcoming and treatment was very relaxing. (Thank you again Monika) LOCATION As soon as stepped out and went right we are stepping into the main square. We was in a perfect spot for the Christmas markets, we arranged a walking tour (via get your guide) and the meeting point was 2mins (basically straight ahead from the hotel) all the attractions are 5-7min walk Overall the hotel exceeded all expectations, I felt like I was in a 5 star hotel, thank you for a memorable stay I’m already looking to rebook for next year. "Wonderful hotel in the heart of Zagreb's tourist zone"

This is a wonderful hotel situated in the middle of Zagreb's tourist zone. We were able to walk to all the interesting sites and discovered great restaurants within a few blocks of the hotel. The staff went out of their way to help us have an enjoyable stay. The spa is heavenly and we enjoyed the sauna and the pool after a day of site-seeing in the rain. I would love to stay at the Art'otel when I return.

Fantastic boutique hotel in the heart of Zagreb ! This hotel have absolutely everything that you need ! Great small gym; beautiful SPA (Sauna - Steam - Pool), super tasty à la carte Breakfast and Nice Rooftop bar for a drink ! The location is just perfect as well near all restaurants and bars ! Definitely the place to stay in Zagreb.
