If you have issues with overheated rooms make sure that they turn off the heating ahead of your visit in the room you book. The rooms cannot be regulated individually(MuguMoka)

They haven t indoor garage if the weather can be under -15 your car have terrible on mountain. Be careful about that. (671erdemk)

"Nice hotel and friendly staff"

Drove here to explore this hotel as I hear positive things about it. Unfortunately skiing season has not started yet but the hotel was beautiful and the views are awesome. The staff were very friendly and Taner work the receptions was very friendly and nice, providing information on what we could do here.

Radison Blu exceeded our expectations with the quality of their service and comfort of their rooms and facilities. Beds and pillows are very comfortable, food is great - book breakfast included and eat a la carte for dinner as you will probably eat lunch outside in between skiing. Breakfast was great! We especially enjoyed the swimming pool that extends outside into the cold and the sauna after a days skiing! The hotel has direct access to a mountain slope and ski lift as well as equipment rental and instructors if you need them.

We rested for the first time in Turkey in winter. Turkey was very surprised in winter. It is a pity that there was little snow, but now all the snow can. Anastasia was always there and answered all questions.

Good hotel and lounge. We had excellent service by Mehmet Hakan. Delicious food, good cocktails, great view. Try local wines. Easy access to cable car. Highly recommended if you visit Kayseri and Mount Erciyes.
