"I would stay at this Radisson again!"

I would definitely stay here again. The hotel was warm and the staff were welcoming. Always smiling and enough staff on the front desk willing to assist. The spa facilities were great although, you do have to book a time slot for each day. Would be nice if they had someone cleaning up in between as guests left their towels, slippers & robes in the changing rooms. The ground floor bar staff were friendly and always smiling. The room was compact but had everything we needed - no bath in our room. We booked the 'Superior Room with Spa Access'. We opted to not have our room cleaned by hanging the eco bag on our door, but never received the promised gift for doing so. We was located in the heart of town on the river which was ideal for sightseeing and walking around town. The Radisson had two entrances which was great when we needed to get our car from the nearby car park and ideal when we wanted to walk along the river and visit other restaurants. The breakfast was amazing. Had a vast selection of fruits/food items. They even catered for vegan, gluten/lactose free which was great. Views from breakfast room was scenic. The hotel even had a shoe shine machine - super.

"Really nice experience"

stayed solo at this hotel for 5 days, room only. I had a wonderful time and experience. Wiktoria at reception was exceptional at dealing with a couple of requests as was Kamil. I got an upgrade to a big room with desk (and access to the spa), not with a view but I didn’t mind. The walk in shower room was spacious and well equipped ( even got a scale) just had a noise that in the night which might be a bit too loud , yet did not keep me from enjoying a good night sleep in the large very comfortable bed and very soft bedding ( a huge plus for me!) Indoor pool: you need to book as very busy and quite small. Nice and warm enough for me. Location: absolutely brilliant, right in front of the old quarter , facing the canal, plenty of nice restaurants, couldn’t ask for more. I would definitely go back again.

Fint hotell med meget god beliggenhet. Vi var litt uhelldige med utsikten fra rommet, men det var ikke noe stort problem for oss. Senga var litt hard. Men generelt et fint rom til en god pris. Trivelig betjening og god service.

We stayed four nights at this hotel in Gdańsk bed and breakfast, the room was excellent comfy and spacious, the facilities were good especially the use of the spa and gym. The buffet breakfast had plenty of variety but on the whole the hotel is in a great location to walk and view the museums and historical heritage Gdańsk as to offer. There are plenty of good restaurants near the hotel that are affordable to dine out. On the whole this was an excellent break and very affordable.

Warm welcoming right as you enter the hotel´s reception. Hotel´s interior design is modern and beautiful. Complimentary refreshments, fresh fruits and candy welcoming travelers to the hotel. Rooms are wide, well equipment and quiet. No noise coming from the hallways. Hotels 'cleanliness is excellent and the cleanliness staff are doing amazing work and lovely to interfere with. Spa was lovely with all different sauna experiences. You need to pre-book a slot to the spa, which is great to avoid overcrowding. There is a lifeguard at the spa, which tells about the spa´s level. Restaurant food was good and overall service was great. Hotel´s location absolutely amazing, by the river. Everything is walking distance. We changed our travel plan on the go from another hotel chain to Radisson and our travel experience went from worse to amazing by staying at the Radisson Gdansk Hotel & Suites. Radisson´s customer service is top glass. Thank you for a amazing travel experience!
