The hotel is conveniently located behind Wareloo Station, close to the West End. It is clean and efficiently run. Jaan at reception was friendly and helpful. His kindness made a large hotel welcoming. The view from out room was amazing. Thank you.

We had an exceptional stay. My partner and I were greeted with cocktails on arrival whilst our 11 year old was greeted with lemonade & popcorn! The check-in experience was friendly & efficient. The whole hotel is beautiful, as was our room which was also clean & spacious with a fantastic view of the London Eye, which you have to pay extra for but it’s worth it. The bath & rain shower were amazing! We were surprised with a birthday card, delicious chocolate cake & bottle of wine sent to our room to wish my partner a happy 40th birthday. The staff were fantastic throughout, especially restaurant staff Flavia and Say who insisted on treating my partner to another complimentary birthday cake for his dessert, along with a candle & singing happy birthday to him. The location is perfect with lots of attractions & tube stations within a short walking distance. We’ve stayed in many 4 & 5 star hotels in London & this is up there with the best! We’re already planning on returning just before Christmas.

We celebrated my 40th birthday here with my family. My daughters five to seven years had the best time, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The place was spotless, and the food was amazing. Highly recommend. Service was natural and staff very aware of how to engage and interact with children. Looking forward to returning.

Really nice hotel. Lovely, helpful staff, great room with fab views over Waterloo Station, loved watching trains come and go. Excellent location, central for everything. Breakfast could have been hotter but they were trying to fix that as soon as someone told them. Yes, I'd definitely stay there again, felt like a real treat! Thank you!
