Probably the best place to stay in Utrecht. Laura at the front desk was a star, professional and very helpful. Lovely lady. Highly recommended to anyone! Also a great location and walking distance to a number of sights, with a few places to eat too

An excellent hotel in a great location in Utrecht. The staff was welcoming and very accommodating. The breakfasts were excellent. The hotel is clean and the accommodations are very nice. I'd stay here again. Thank you all for a wonderful experience.

Recently returned from a stay in the Park Plaza, I cannot say enough about how friendly & obliging the staff were from the moment we Checked in. We were a family of 2 adults & 2 children, in an executive family suite, the room was very clean, beds comfy and did not hear any noise from passing trains etc, yes there are people hangimg around around the corner, like other guests mentioned but this did not take from our stay as we were aware when booking, it's near station, and in most stations around the workd you will always find people hanging around. The location was perfect few mins walk to station and a lovely stroll into utrecht. Special mention to Patricia who worked in bar & restaurant, so friendly & polite, love how they had little complimentary snacks & water in the lobby staff always friendly at reception & very helpful, overall a fabulous stay. Definitely be back again

We had a wonderful stay at Park Plaza, the staff was very friendly, attentive and helpful. Room was spacious, beautifully decorated, very clean, nice view to the city, quiet despite being close to central station. Location is very convenient, walking distance to restaurants, cinema, shops. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Very pleased with this hotel. Highly recommended,

A great hotel all-in-all with clean, stylish rooms, great breakfast and attentive personnel. The only downside is its location, which is away from the town centre and a bit of a weird walk to it. However, it’s close to a few halal restaurants.
