Take the Gatwick Express train to Farringdon and take the Elizabeth Line to Tottenham Court Road. Or take the Gatwick Express to Victoria. There, take the underground on the Victoria Line to Oxford Circus and change for the Central Line to Tottenham Court Road.

Take the Stansted Express train to Liverpool Street Station. There, take the Elizabeth Line or Central Line on the underground straight to Tottenham Court Road.

There are different options from Heathrow, as you can now take the Elizabeth Line from Terminals 2&3, 4 or 5 to Tottenham Court Road. Or take the Piccadilly Line to Leicester Square and change there for the Northern Line to Tottenham Court Road. Alternatively, take the Heathrow Express train to Paddington. From there, take the Elizabeth line straight to Tottenham Court Road or you can also take the Bakerloo Line to Oxford Circus and change for the Central Line to Tottenham Court Road from Paddington.
