At first we received a room that wasn’t good for us, we turned to the from desk reception l, walusha, that did everything in her power to find us another room that wasn’t exactly what we wanted, she came back afterwards to check that all is well!

The staff at the Blu Tot Court Road was the best part of our stay - so helpful and welcoming, especially Siddhi, Michael and Walishu. The twin room was spacious (much more than we expected) and clean. Bed was very comfy, we had a good sleep. Breakfast was really lovely too!

Always stay at this hotel when we come to London. It’s the best. The area is brilliant and the staff are so helpful especially Michael, he goes above and beyond to help everyone, he is an asset to this hotel. We travelled with my elderly gran in a wheelchair and he couldn’t have been any more helpful and accommodating! He always makes our visit when we come. Hotel was super a helpful with the wheelchair and we had a lovely stay! We will be back…

Hotel was excellent from start to finish. Very clean and bright (and always smelt amazing), staff extremely helpful and friendly, in particular Michael, Carrie and Atifa who always welcomed you with a smile as well as the staff at breakfast (yummy!)😊 a peaceful sanctuary in the hustle and bustle of London. Will definitely stay again, thank you for an amazing experience x
