Pacience with the hotel stuff because their English isn’t so well …. Most of them are talking just on Hungarian ….(mario_244)
On the day of arrival, the spa can be used from noon (Szandra T)
Pick a room on an empty corridor, otherwise prepare for slamming door noises.(Homer_Simpson_HU)

WE recommend higher floors and the rooms under the entrance door. On the other side are SPA with all the attractions.(Kristýnka Ž)

The hotel is very family friendly, located in the nature away from city / really nice nature and air quality… the rooms like the whole hotel are in happy colors …. It’s quiet space in the rooms and the view is to the woods / quiet and peaceful… 🙂 the food is great / breakfast / lunch and dinner great choice of domestic varieties of food and the desert even better / thumbs up to the kitchen !!! 🙂💪 there are lot of indoor pools with lots of options for children to play and have fun … lifeguards watching everywhere and take care 🙂💪 In the evening the animation program / creative stuff for children is great 👍 🙂 Definitely a place to come and enjoy refill the batteries again ….

Rooms were very spacious and clean, food was very good. This hotel is very kids frendly. Very good organisation for new year celebration. Every day was something new, for kids very fun. At spa you have salt room for kids where they can play, kids sauna,....
"Schöner (K)urlaub in Zalakaros"

Wir wollten in diesem Urlaub mal so "gar nichts" machen und mal richtig ausspannen. Da kam die Erinnerung an Urlaube in Ungarn gerade zur rechten Zeit. Wir entschieden uns für Zalakaros. Das Hotel und besonders das gewählte Zimmer hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Überwiegend ( von der jungen Dame an der Rezeption zum Checkinn mal abgesehen) sehr freundliches Personal, leckeres Essen und natürlich die direkte Nachbarschaft mit Bademantelgang zur Therme machen einen guten Urlaub aus.

All inclusive was great, you can enjoy a variety of food and drinks throughout the day. The receptionists were very nice and professional. The room and the view from the balcony are very nice, and the Zalakaros Spa is huge. Thank you for the experience, we will definitely come back!

excellent hotel! the Spa in Zalakaros is very nice for the children and the adults as well. The foods are very good and the people, who works there (in the reception and in the bar as well), they are all very kind. I suggest the Park Inn by Radisson Zalakaros Hotel for everyone.
