Don’t expect staff to smile or care. Romania was liberated from Communism in 1989 but staff still act stoic and rarely smile or are helpful (leon C)

"Professional and comfortable experience"

I had a great experience in the conference room. It was spacious, well-lit, and equipped with modern technology, including a high-quality projector and sound system. The seating was comfortable, and the air conditioning kept the room pleasant throughout the day. Staff were helpful and ensured everything ran smoothly. It was the perfect environment for focused discussions and productive meetings. I would definitely recommend this venue for any professional event or seminar.

"Old school beauty and class, with a resturant to die for"

Stayed for four days for business and i loved it. Ive stayed at "fancy" hotels before but this was something else. The staff was smiling and the right amount of friendly. The Atmosphere was great and the rooms was perfect. Great shower ! The resturant i only tried at breakfast and at one dinner. But both of them were at the top of what ive tried.

"GOOD STAY"

This was a very modern hotel, located within easy walking distance to the main square in Brasov. Our room was comfortable, with a king-sized bed, desk and chair. The bathroom was a good size with a walk-in shower and enough counter space for our things. Service was very good. We enjoyed tasting a couple of the wines available at the bar, although the lobby bar could have been bigger. We often ended up trying to enjoy a drink while people were coming and going through the lobby. The breakfast buffet was not very big but had enough choices for us, and we also had a good dinner in the hotel restaurant. Service overall was excellent, and we enjoyed our stay at the Radisson Blu Aurum.

"A lovely stay"

Stayed as part of a tour group for 2 nights We have stayed with this hotel group before in several other countries. So we had high hopes . We were not disappointed. Love the big rooms , modern decor & design. Great bathroom with walk in shower . Huge bed , a little firmer than we are used to but ok . Pillows a bit too soft but we managed . Easy to use safe , bottled water , robes , clothes hangers , coffee machine all go towards a comfortable stay . Breakfast was included & was very good . Plenty of choice of hot & cold dishes . Lovely ready made cheese omelettes. Crisp croissants too. They made decaf coffee for my husband as there was none in the machines . Good service . Enjoyed our stay here . Will certainly be happy to use your hotels again in another location
