Don’t expect staff to smile or care. Romania was liberated from Communism in 1989 but staff still act stoic and rarely smile or are helpful (leon C)

"Amazing experience"

We had an amazing experience at Radisson Blu! From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a warm smile and impeccable service. The rooms are extremely comfortable, modern and very well appointed, with elegant decor and top facilities. Breakfast was delicious with an impressive variety of options to suit all tastes. The staff were very attentive and friendly and the location of the hotel is excellent, close to the main attractions of the city. I will definitely return here in the future and highly recommend the Radisson Blu for an unforgettable holiday!

The experience was really nice, the rooms were very clean, the staff was friendly also the breakfast was exceptional with a lot of food to choose. We opted for a single room which was very cozy. It was a nice holiday and i will always rebook Radisson for my next trip in Brasov

The location was great.. everything is near by.. the hotel was renovated very well.. highly recommend. The rooms was comfortable, the bathroom slabs was matching perfectly. I would like to thank Mr. Marius for his help and effort..thanks alot.
