"Absolutely perfect!!!"

This hotel is perfection in all regards. The property is new and modern with state if the art appliances and fixtures, bedding is super comfortable with crisp white sheets and soft pillows, bathroom is spotless clean, white soft towels, in room complementary bottled water, delicious coffee and teas for self serve in cute white porcelain coffee cups that even someone like me who doesn’t drink coffee regularly couldn’t resist :-). The front desk young ladies and gentlemen speak perfect English, they all are beyond professional, always polite and helpful. Oh and breakfast is out of this world !!! Must have breakfast 👌

"Great hotel at great position"

Hotel is placed across the football stadium, on a walk distance to old part of town. You need cca 20 minutes to reach city center. Very beautiful park with lake, caffees&restaurant very close to hotel. Also dancing club under the stadium. Staff is very polite and food is very very tasty. Great value for money.

I arrived in the morning at 10.00 because my early flight. Got an upgrade to a family suite and could check in directly. The staff is great! A great experience in each part ! I will definitely come back

"Very nice modern hotel right next to the Central Park"

We stayed at this hotel for one (weekend) night. Being frequent Radisson hotel guests, we received a room upgrade to a very spacious room. The whole hotel is still quite new (and in fact a new wing is currently being added), so everything was very modern and nicely decorated. The hotel is located right next to a big stadium (where there was some soccer event with some noise coming into the room but not too bad) and next to the Central Park, and is about a 15min walk to the city centre. Staff were very friendly and professional and we were also given a late check-out, which we appreciated very much. Breakfast was very good too with a nice, large, buffet with a good selection of hot and cold foods and drinks, as well as an a-la-carte menu to go with it. We would definitely consider staying here again during our next visit to Cluj.

The Radisson in Cluj-Napoca, what a super super hotel!!!. Beautifully appointed and wonderfully welcoming staff. Check in was late in the evening and our party received at reception by a most attentive staff member who explained everything in super English and we still had time for a drink ! Breakfast is a real breakfast.. and what a treat. No having to get up and beat your way round the buffet area… no way. Instead YOU are served and properly served by warm friendly Radisson staff who know listen and duly deliver the service. The bar/dining room area are well designed and modern. There is a second dining option available to travellers ie sushi restaurant. There are 2 hotel elevators that are silent and room access from lifts is managed by key card. Very secure and reassuring. The premium room is very well appointed and has usb facilities for mobiles. Whoa no plugs / adaptors required! One minor issue….opening of bathroom door limits access to the area! Prior to early departure /checkout this party reserved sandwiches. They were waiting at reception on check out and there was no charge! Proper smoked salmon and soft cream cheese presented on fresh brown bread with crusts removed. An unforgettable experience on a long train journey. If 10 stars could be given they would be !! Take bow Mr Rareș Mare and thank you for the umbrellas… in the morning it was raining and we were offered umbrellas! How thoughtful.
