I was 3 times in this hotel, I like it. It is not far from Munich airport and there is a shutlle from the hotel to the airport. Staff is very kind. Breakfast is also vey good.

It's a basic, overnight airport hotel but the 2 members of staff on duty on the evening of 27 October dealt quickly, efficiently and politely with the influx of stranded Lufthansa passengers. Rooms are very comfortable, quiet and surprisingly large and quirky. It's not a destination hotel obviously but serves its purpose well.

The best customer service I have ever had! Forget the rest. From checking to check out, they are amazing. They cover all your needs, Minimalist hotel, very clean and the service amazing. Sebastian the best. Don't know all the names, but a hard to find gem, Thank you.

This place was perfect for me after a late flight into Munich. Even if it's not your taste, the quirky modern design - which I really liked - will make you smile. I loved the concept, light, airy and relaxed. The staff were also relaxed, welcoming and efficient. Thought has gone into including all facilities to make the stay easier, such as bus shuttle to the airport, which the staff will organise for you at a time to suit you. A self service shop where you can pick up snacks and pay by card. The room was huge and spotlessly clean. Great attention to details, including complementary toiletries. Surroundings were quiet at night. Will definitely stay in a Prizeotel again.

Quite good! The hotel, however, does not have a direct telephone number neither a direct email address, hence, when I wrote an email to the "main" address the answer came back almost a week later, a second one written on April 30 still has not been answered. So why not have the possibility to write or call the prizeotel of your destination/stay? Something to think about I would say. Unfortunately, when asked about bus timetable in front of the hotel the receptionist could not provide any information - had to go to the stop to see the timetable. Nevertheless, I recommend the hotel to travellers: courtesy, friendliness and fantastic breakfast choices.
