Excellent hotel from A-Z, location , opposite to the main train station and many other attractive facilities. Modern room , very comfortable and excellent sleeping quality , friendly staff and much more. Paid parking is also another advantage

We enjoyed our one night at Munster's Prizehotel - this was our first encounter with the chain, and we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel is colorfully decorated, with a welcoming staff and wonderful breakfast. On our arrival in the morning we were welcomed and while the room was not yet available, we were offered complimentary coffee (quite good). The location is excellent as it's located right outside of the train station. By the way, the hotel has an excellent soundproof protection - we didn't hear any commotion from the trains passing nearby.

"Clean and new hotel, bad staff"

Good: nice hotel inside, new, room very clean. Nice breakfast Bad: bad area, right outside friday evening was police and criminals. Rude staff, we asked for an extra bed because we were 3 persons, and with agressive words I was told not possible. When going down for breakfast, I did not hear the woman sitting in the reception and asking for my room number. She apperantly got up and chased me to the breakfast, screaming “room number”? Asking me to follow her back to the reception for checking my room number. I felt like a criminal furing my stay, and will not return

"Günstiges Hotel am Bahnhof und Citynähe"

Das Prizeotel liegt direkt am Bahnhof und somit auch sehr Citynah. Das Hotel ist neu und sauber. Die Zimmer sind einfach aber praktisch eingerichtet. Die Hotelbar bietet diverse Getränke zu fairen Preisen. Der Service war nett und freundlich. Nur die Kopfkissen waren gruselig.

Wir kamen, um durch die Stadt zu laufen, und es war sehr praktisch, dass das Hotel direkt am Bahnhof liegt. Es besteht die Möglichkeit zu frühstücken, Kaffee/Tee zu bestellen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und farbenfroh. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr höflich und freundlich. Wir waren mit unserem Besuch in diesem Hotel sehr zufrieden.
