El hotel tiene excelente ubicación si necesitas estar cerca del aeropuerto, las habitaciones están súper cómodas, amplias y tienen una limpieza excelente. El personal súper amable, llegamos muy tarde y nos ayudaron con todo.

Habitation super espaciosa, moderna, con aire acondicionado. El staff super amigable, self check out facility y rapido. El gym es bueno, no muy grande pero tiene todas las maquinas necesarias. Lo volvería a elegir.

"Grave error en recepción"

El hotel dio 2 veces la misma habitación a personas distintas. Dejé el equipaje en la habitación y cuando regresé más tarde encontré a una persona dentro de mi cama. Posteriormente me dieron otra habitación y tuve que volver a recoger mis cosas. No me compensaron de ninguna manera. El resto de la estancia fue correcta pero es un error muy grave para un hotel.

"Airport hotel - Overnight stay"

Staff were very helpful and friendly. We were only there for one night, but the service we received was very good. No issues there. The hotel is next to a major international airport, so it does get busy, be prepared for that and that includes parking, which you will have to pay a subsidised fee for. We were a party of eleven with three cars and we all managed. Breakfast and the evening bar meal was good, The hotel was ideal for our overnight stay for the flight the following morning. I'd happily stay there again.

Staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean, bed was lovely - so a good night’s sleep was had! Hotel is perfectly located for Heathrow airport!
