The reception is friendly and helpful. The room was clean. There were two of us and there was only one complementary cookie in the room. The spa also has a special practice where the locker door is locked with your own room key and after this it is hoped that the card will withstand water and the heat of the sauna.

Centrally placed & within walking distance of central station, also 10 minutes by taxi from airport (6.7€ Bolt). Lively spa & pool area but can get very busy. Really good buffet breakfast. Nice cafe madamoiselle for snacks & amazing pastries.

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel, wasn't the first time. It's a very good value for money. We liked our room very much, but hotel was so busy during weekend that our Sunday breakfast at 10am was a disappointment- there was not a single free table to sit at! So we had to return later to be able to eat some breakfast. 2 coffee machines for this crowd is not enough. I would recommend you to arrange your breakfasts a bit later on weekends or to run to later time than 11am. Otherwise was great experience.

"Great stay"

Overall this was a great choice for me, it's location was perfect just on the outskirts of the old town and most of the attractions can be walked to. The room was clean, tidy and had a modern feel. Breakfast is your typical continental with something for everyone Hotel staff were friendly and most spoke good English, others were a bit lacking but not a massive deal. I'd definitely stay here again!
