Had such a nice experience at this hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were very clean and beautiful. Lovely spa, tasty breakfast. The coffee and pastries were fresh and excellent. Honestly everything was just perfect, can't wait to come back.

Great service with incredibly friendly staff. Room facing Vabaduse valdeak nice with beautiful views. Comfortable beds and good breakfast with different options to choose from. Minus for SPA which opened only at 10 so missed the experience.

I went to palace hotel with my family, definitely the best hotel in Tallinn. The breakfast is really good. Good service and friendly staff. In the reception there is free sparkling water, lemon water and still water and sometimes free candy. I recommend this hotel if you come to Tallinn!
