When I think of "great service" in Europe, the Netherlands (and particularly Amsterdam) don't jump to mind. But the staff here is remarkable(swop)
If you want to try the restaurant, reserve. The bartender Paul was an interesting guy.(dkberman)
No road access for drop off, but not far to walk with luggage(jewel_58)

Alto livello con vista sul canale, hotel incredibile, camera enorme comodo letto bella colazione. Il personale era cordiale e disponibile. Mi è piaciuta la sezione gallerie d'arte. Posizione centrale e un sacco di bei caffè, bar, ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Molto vicino alla stazione centrale.

Harika bir deneyimdi. Arkadaşlarımla beraber çok eğlendik. Yemekleri ve eğlence olanaklar oldukça keyifliydi. Tekrar Amsterdam'a gidecek olursam yine bu oteli tercih ederim. Gidecek olanlara tavsiye ederim. Biz çok eğlendik sıra sizde

I never wrote any reviews before, this is my first review i ever wrote, but I am in love with this hotel and all personal. everyone so friendly and helpful. We came from plane at 8.am but check in is at 3pm. The stuff member gave us room right away and we checked in at 9am without any charge. Sauna and a pool also very clean and helpfull to relax after busy day. Hotel is very clean and in the best location. Will recommend to everyone!!!! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you for all staff

"Schönes Hotel in sehr guter Lage"

Wir waren für ein verlängertes Wochenende in diesem schönen Hotel. Die Lage ist perfekt wenn man mit dem Zug anreist, direkt gegenüber des Hauptbahnhofs. Das Zentrum ist von hier sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Unser Zimmer hatte den Blick auf den Bahnhof. Er war ausreichend groß und hatte ein modernes funktionales Bad. Eine Kaffeemaschine ist vorhanden. Alles war sehr sauber und modern. Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück hatte eine ausreichende Auswahl an frischen Produkten. Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels waren alle sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. An der Rezeption stehen Wasser und kleine Snacks für die Gäste bereit. Wie können das Hotel sehr empfehlen.

Molto bello! Molto buono il ristorante! Personale gentile che parla più lingue, sono contento mi sono trovato bene. C'è una galleria d'arte all'interno,! Credo anche sia un posto molto sicuro per essere in stazione ad Amsterdam! Sicuramente ci tornerò
