I virkeligheden fortjener hotellet kun 4, men personalets enorme imødekommenhed trækker det op på 5. Beliggenheden er god og faciliteterne fine. Vi havde booket et almindeligt dobbeltværelse og det var fint, men ikke prangende. Gulvet knirkede og vandhanen var lidt utæt, men pænt og rent og ok rummeligt. God parkering i kælderen og u-bahn meget tæt på.

My wife and I travelled to Berlin for the first time and stayed in this wonderful hotel for 3 nights. We had a room with a balcony on the 6th floor which was spacious, spotlessly clean and well equipped. The reception and bar staff were friendly and very welcoming and, although we hadn’t booked breakfast as part of our stay, we did have a final drink of the day each evening in the bar which was modern and very reasonably priced. The hotel itself is situated in a lovely, quiet spot with an underground station less than a minute’s walk away. The Brandenburg gate area is around half an hour’s walk away, with the East Side Gallery a similar distance - so it’s ideally situated and perfect for getting around easily. We would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning again on our next visit to Berlin. Thank you to all the staff for a lovely welcome.

"Perfect weekend stay"

Stayed here for 3 nights in 2 standard rooms. Couldn't fault anything. Very modern hotel which was very clean and warm. Staff were lovely and friendly. Great showers. Complimentary water in rooms, both still and sparkling. Rooms had a fridge. Didn't have breakfast in hotel as preferred to have breakfast out. There is a U Bahn station (Märkisches Museum) less than a minute walk from front door. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will be returning on our next visit to Berlin.

Posizione incredibile - 30 secondi dal Marchises Museum U - Bahn con collegamenti rapidi a qualsiasi parte di Berlino. Personale cordiale. Siamo stati in grado di lasciare i bagagli con reception come siamo arrivati alle 8 del mattino e quando abbiamo fatto il check out alle 11 del mattino per il nostro volo serale. Buona selezione froe colazione (a buffet) . Lo consiglio vivamente

Abbiamo pensato che questo hotel era fantastico! Dal check in al check out non abbiamo avuto problemi di sorta. Tutto il personale era estremamente cordiale e professionale in ogni momento. Le due ragazze dietro il bancone che ci hanno servito nei nostri tre giorni, in particolare, siamo brillanti. Hanno offerto un servizio superbo e meritano un riconoscimento per il loro duro lavoro. L'hotel si trova a pochi metri dalla metropolitana ed è anche facilmente raggiungibile a piedi da tutte le località più famose; Alexanderplatz 20 minuti, Porta di Brandenberg 35 minuti. L'hotel è perfettamente pulito. La nostra camera era immacolata e molto tranquilla. Il letto era un vero e proprio matrimoniale piuttosto che due singoli uniti, era anche molto comodo. Non abbiamo usato la palestra o sala da pranzo quindi non posso commentare. Se facciamo visitare Berlino di nuovo ci torneremo, è impeccabile. Grazie a tutto il personale più i vostri sforzi e rendendo il nostro soggiorno piacevole.
