I’ve stayed at this hotel many times, and it’s always my go-to place. This time was no exception. Ekrem, the night manager, was incredibly helpful—he went out of his way to assist with my two bookings and even took the time to accompany me to my room to ensure everything was perfect. Constantino also handled my issue quickly and efficiently. Their exceptional service reassured me that I’ve made the right choice by staying loyal to this hotel. Because of experiences like this, I’ll definitely keep coming back. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable!

Couldn’t rate this hotel highly enough. Staff were amazing, room clean and tidy. Best nights sleep I’ve had in a long time. Electric blinds to keep the light out. All mod cons and great showers. I’ll be staying here in the future for sure. We even bought swimming clothes to use the pool which was a nice bonus.

We stayed one night at the Art'otel Hoxton and thoroughly enjoyed it. Our room was spotlessly clean and had all the mod cons (we especially liked the electric blinds). The rooms are very comfortable and its all very fresh and well kept. Breakfast was nice and it made a change to be served breakfast instead of the usual buffet style. This will be our hotel of choice now when staying in London (we have stayed at many over the years but this one stands out for us).

Absolutely amazing hotel the whole experience from checking in to checking out was smooth, friendly and magical experience. A big shout out to receptionist Ally when nothing was too much trouble for her to sort out. It was one of our friends special 50th birthday and later on in the evening on our first night two staff came up with a birthday card never had that before ever and we have been to a lot of hotels will definitely return and spread the word . Thank you, Ally Val And breakfast was 11 stars

"Extraordinary"

This is an extraordinary hotel like no other I've been in. It's also the most technologically advanced I've ever seen. We had a very comfortable room with outstanding views. Great bed, huge TV. We went out not long after arrival and didn't have time to totally familiarise ourselves with all the controls, I suggest to anyone staying here learn where everything is in case you need to get up in the night! Good breakfast, made to order and produced quickly. Nice to have a standard check-out time of 12.00, saves rushing after breakfast.
